Dreams Ilford

I recently bought a mattress from James, and he provided excellent customer service. He helped me find the perfect mattress, was patient, and made sure I got a great deal.

We recently bought 2 x bed mattress from our local Dream store in Ilford. On the day we made the purchase we had the pleasure of meeting Ayesha (sales rep).

First of all there is no hard sell with the team at Dreams in Ilford and Ayesha (who spent a good 2 hours hours with us!) doesn’t pressure or hurry you into making a decision it’s all at a relatively easy pace! She's is very open, practical and honest and will advice what is best in relation to quality and your budget spend. If it wasn’t for Ayesha, we might not have placed an order with Dreams.

In terms of the negatives, there aren't any to be honest.

If you want a good customer service and help with choosing the perfect bed/mattress then head off to Dreams and hopefully you too bump into Ayesha! Overall the experience has been great and we will be more than happy to revisit the store again.

I have just moved house and needed to buy bed,divan, headboard and bedside tables for guest bedroom. I just went to this Ilford store with just the intention of looking and trying the mattresses, as I did not need them until New Year I decided I would wait for sales after Christmas. I left the store buying everything I needed plus 4 pillows and mattress protector. The reason was the sales assistant called Pam. She was and is the nicest most helpful person that I have come across. She helped me save £492 on my purchases, took time to let me try the different mattresses, offered me a lovely cup of tea, and I came away thinking I’m so glad I went to the Ilford store.

Great service. I highly recommend this place for your new bed. You get to use the sleep machine that recommends a bed and mattress based on the way you lie in bed and your body size. Service was excellent and no pushy sales talk. Hidayatullah explained absolutely everything from the bed right through to guarantees and delivery.

Brilliant customer service. Ayesha is very helpful, explained everything clearly. Ayesha even offered tea and coffee.

We received excellent customer service from the sleep expert, Hidayatullah. He assisted us to find a suitable mattress by using latest scientific technology in store. He offered us a drink. He spoke to his supervisor to reduce the overall price of the products bought. He had a very friendly approach towards us.

Dreams in Ilford, Pam and James were amazing from the begging until the end, my mother suffers in pain due to arthritis, the team took time to understand her needs and pain and gave her enough time to test the mattress until she settled on a tempur.

Keep up the amazing work and my mother is looking forward to her new tempur mattress.

We went in to buy 2 beds and a mattress. James , one of the associates has been really helpful. He was very kind enough to offer us tea/coffee and also ensured to answer every single query we had around our items. He was extremely patient and gave us the best offers available. Could not have gotten a better service from Ayesha to be honest. As soon as i walked in, was greated nicely and asked if i wanted water, don't even get that at most restaurants😂. The place looked and felt clean and was glad to even dry different beds. Ayesha let me try the Sleepmatch technology which I was very surprised and happy to use it as it gave me the right choice of what I was exactly looking for. Everything was explained nicely with no confusion from price range to delivery to payment, no extra talk and no time wasted. Overall, was very glad I found Ayesha to help me with my experience at Dreams in Ilford. Thank you.

James gave great customer service without being pushy. Explained about the experience bed, made buying two mattress very easy even was offered drinks.

Good choice of beds and James was fantastic. Helpful, went through beds, pillows everything you could think of. Purchased a new bed and pillows from James and would definitely recommend him if you’re going to dreams Ilford as he’s not pushy at all which is rare with sales people today. Thanks James we will be back soon with family to pick out their new beds! :)

Was really pleased with the customer service in store - the lady went the extra mile to find us our bed & to get us the earliest delivery as I was soon to have child. The delivery men were really pleasant & made the bed in good time.
Overall - would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.
