Top notch service on the phone and in store for our Guinea pig purchase, a clear passion and knowledge of the animals and products. It is a bit small but quirky places like these in communities are to be cherished!

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Has everything we need for our pets (tropical fish, cat and tortoise) We have also used their pet 'hotel' where our tortoise was well cared for whilst we were away. Staff are always happy to help with our questions and don't make us feel we are in any way an inconvenience. Will take all the time you need. All round fantastic service.

A huge store with a welcoming staff and filled with LITERALLY everything you'll need for your fur babies. Incase you do not find what you are looking for or need some assistance, their staff is more than equipped to handle them. A must visit if you have pets or for gifting the fur babies.

I rang this store for advice about buying a rabbit. The man I spoke to on the phone was very informative and helpful. Although this store did not have a the female rabbit I was looking for, he directed me to their sister shop at Hemel Hempstead where I spoke to a lovely assistant and purchased a beautiful bunny to bond with a rabbit I already own. It is rare to actually ring a store these days and get this sort of personal, informed, caring and friendly advice, hence I decided I must put on a review.

Great local pet store. Staff are very helpful and they gave a good variety of items for sale. We got some rats from them and they were very helpful in providing advice and suggestions products to start off with. Would recommend them!

Fantastic little store, got a little winter white hamster baby from here which Is hard to find in Buckinghamshire. I rung in advance and they were very helpful letting me know how many they had in stock and even offered to move the hamsters to the other store if it was easier for me. They handle the animals as so they are tame for people to take home and let me handle the hamsters to see which I'd prefer, which you would not get in most places. They even gave me a lovely little care sheet for the hamster so I know what to look out for. Excellent store and excellent service!

I've recently visited the store to buy a new product for my pet. They didn't have the product in the shop at that point in time. However the member of staff in store could not have been more helpful and organised to get the product sent over from their other store in Henlow the very same day! The product range is fantastic with a very high level of customer service. Will be back!

I can not recommend this pet shop enough. The staff are amazing, the products are amazing and the shop is amazing. If you want the best for your pets then this is the shop and the prices are not ridiculous. So glad we found this gem.

It was amazing there yesterday I Brougt 2 make fancy mice and they are in perfect health and have settled in amazingly also the staff member was really helpful and gave good advice Coming back on Friday for new supplies
