B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful hospitality and warm welcomes consistently provided by the staff at B&M. Every time I step into this store, I am greeted with genuine smiles and engaging conversation from the cashier team.

Today, I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful lady whose friendly demeanor and personalized greetings truly made my shopping experience a joy. Not only did she assist me with my purchase of three sets of hangers, but she also shared her own experience with the product, creating a sense of connection.

Her thoughtful parting words of "Happy hanging" added a special touch to my visit, leaving me with a smile as I exited the store. It is clear that she goes above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated.

B&M is fortunate to have such dedicated staff members who embody the spirit of exceptional customer service. Thank you for consistently providing a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment.

We went in late afternoon Sunday 1st April, a lovely lady on the till went above & beyond for us,
I asked about an egg chair, and she went to check with the manager, but they had left. So she went into the stock room, and a colleague helped her find the chair , and bring it down. She was so lovely, great customer service. After putting the chair & rug through the till two gentlemen helped us to the car.

One older gentleman & a younger one. What fun we had tying to get the chair into my little car !
We ended up going back into the store to buy ratchet straps. Thank you so much to the three members of staff.

You were so much more helpful than the staff in your Calcot store, As when we asked about the egg chair on display, we were told we had to order it.

Called in to buy bedding plants just had a delivery lovely plants and great prices. The man working out in the garden department was really helpful and loving his job. Shop nice a tidy. Visited 26th April AM

Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

The plants and flowers in the garden centre area are well-watered and looked after. They have a good range of vegetable plants too. Cherry toms, peppers, aubergine, snack cucumbers, and cabbages.

This store is always clean and well-stocked.

Loads of free parking outside.

What's not to like?..
Snacks, food, household accessories, toiletteries, stuff for the kids. Quality is good for what you're paying. Queues go down really quickly so you're never waiting for long.
Staff are always so happy to help you and they have the nicest security guys there.

Plenty of parking space. Large store with grocery, household goods, toys and electronics at very reasonable prices.

I must share love visiting here went again this morning sercurity man gives a smile on entering makes you feel welcome and their is a chap on the tills he is the same everytime with everyone and makes me laugh so jolly and loving life i dont know his name but wheres a yellow vest with writting on the back very loud but such a keeper good employees well done

A very big shop has plenty of offers from food to drinks there is a good homeware department and also a good garden centre I found the staff too be very helpful and friendly, it's also disabled friendly with disabled parking, I'm told it gets very busy at the weekend's so I haven't tried yet 😀 definitely worth a visit for all moochers

I absolutely love this store. Such a wide range of affordable products. The new B & M at Reading is awesome. I spent over an hour walking around it ..

I recently visited the brand new B&M Home Store with Garden Centre in my area, and I was very impressed! The store is huge, with a wide variety of products to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the garden centre, which had a great selection of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies.

Great for grabbing some random stuff you never knew you needed

B&M Store. I got 3 cushions 2 fluffy grey ones with 2 for £12. The 1 with flowers on it was £10. I got a small book shelf in black for £12.

Good selection of plants both live and synthetic. Always reasonable prices and plants are in good condition.

Prices are very cheap and restaurant is excellent and cheap two cakes and two coffees 4.45p
Toasties are £2.59 and better looking and thicker and are beautiful, costa and Neros are double the price and not as nice

The usual large B&M store with the normal layout. Clean and spacious. The staff member who served me at the till was excellent. Friendly and forthcoming when I instigated conversation past the standard greeting without going overboard. She showed interest in what I had to say rather than the general non committal murmers that some busy cashiers (my past self included) indulge in. When I mentioned that I'd been hoping to find a new bin for my boat, she questioned my requirements, assured me they likely had something for me, asked me to wait for a moment, went off and returned with the one she thought best suited. Thank you lass, it fits the spot absolutely perfectly, better even than the broken one it replaced. You listened, acted upon, and made me a very satisfied customer. Sorry, I didn't think to ask your name, but you're a credit to the company.

The staff is nice. Products are cheap.

One of the best B&M stores I have been to with so much variety of stock I was really pleased would highly recommend this store.
