Very good and excellent service from the Staff members. Expecially staff member Ms.Sabah, who patiently attended us today. Excellent place for authentic silk sarees and Indian dresses. Excellent collection. Highly recommended for shopping silk sarees.

Really pleased with our shopping experience at Nalli. Lovely collection of kurtas, salwars and sarees. Customer service was brilliant. Would highly recommend visiting this store in person. It was like being in Chennai - the lady who helped us was polite, kind and friendly. She suggested kurtas that would suit us, helped us pick the right sizes and listened and attended to all our various requests. A very enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent service from a very friendly and helpful team. A small but decent selection of sarees and the staff help you find what you want based on your requirements. Highly recommended if you're looking for some authentic handloom silks.

Nalli silks are the best whether it is Chennai or Wembley.
Quality silks, smiling & helping staffs, decent cost.
Only suggestion is they can add few more collections.

Great selection of silk sarees, dhotis, readymade dhotis , kurtis and salwar kameez. They also have silk shirts for men, silk fabric for puja, inskirts and so on. Staff are very patient and kind .

Overall it a good experience ... Below is my personal experience..., initially thought that they won't exchange - but after ringing up and explaining the situation they were able to do so with an alternative.... Only thing is that if they extend their opening times til 8 it would be convenient for someone to come from far distance due to traffic and others....
