Loved this shop! Managed to get so many outfits and wanted to buy so much more. Their customer service is brilliant! They exchanged a suit that I got online because it didn't fit me! Will be going there again!

They have various designs and so many other varieties like saree,top,gown,chaniya,lahega,dress etc and they are very good at cooperation.
The quality of the dresses was very good and i just can tell you to use this store.
Visit once you will not regret once you buy from this store you will be their regular customers

Staff are always helpful and will listen to what you need. Fixed prices, always a good bargain!

My mum bought a bottom from this shop and she didn't like it so we went in for a refund or at least an exchange. Then when I went in with her he said no refunds as it's the shop policy. So I thought can we at least do an exchange, which he agreed to. Then when we went to the till he realised the item my mum bought was a non refundable non exchange item, and it said it on the top of the display but my mum can't read so the least he could have done was told her at the tills. Not everyone can read. Then he tried to explain in Hindi but we don't speak Hindi which was ignorant of him. I'm really disappointed as he said the reason for it was because people wear them, but my mum never wore it and he still refused which shows no trust in his business. Also it seems this business only cares about making money. My mum has spent over 100's in this shop it's where she buys her night gowns from. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! They are heartless, he made no exception at all!

Such a horrible place to shop! Customer service is so appalling. We purchased a lot of dresses for a funeral in a rush- they knew we was rushed and gave us the wrong sizes for the dupatta leggings and chundri and then blamed us for not looking properly. The lady said we could go back and exchange them, we live far so we had to come all that way. She caused a massive scene with us in store today and blamed us for the dress stitching. All they care about here is getting money, they do not care about the customers at all. NEVER EVER COME HERE!!

Went back to exchange the kurtha as it was stained and bit of stitch was out. Instead of exchanging it they were blaming me saying the stitch might have come off whilst I tried it on. How can stitch come off when you just tried on just once and they were going on saying they don’t sell product with stains on. They said you should have checked the stitch and stains before you bought them. They try to be very nice when you are going to buy the product but they are not helpul at all when you go to exchange. If they don’t exchange the product they are meant to have a sign saying no exchange whatsoever instead of blaming customers. Really disappointed. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN.
