RCKC Aurum London

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm happily making an exception this time for RCKC Aurum London. I recently purchased an outfit from this store and I couldn't be happier with the choice of outfit, product quality and customer service! They have an incredible collection of clothing, tailored to suit every body type, skin tone, and size. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided quality recommendations well suited for me. I'm certain that I'll be a regular customer here, as their exceptional service and stunning selection make it a go-to destination for all my clothing needs. Thanks a lot, RCKC Aurum, London! :)

Kalpna was very helpful! Helped me and my Mum find outfits for a wedding. There were some alterations that needed to be made to my outfit, Kalpna helped me straight away with this. Kalpna also helped my Mum get a blouse stitched and it was perfect. Decent prices, would highly recommend!

I love my outfit! This place has some amazing pieces and I’ve so far bought quite a few outfits from here so far including my engagement ceremony outfit (see picture). Kalpana Patel who works here is usually the person that helps me find exactly what I’m looking for and I always end up getting more. She’s great at choosing outfits that suit you, your body type, skin tone etc. she’s very skilled and honest so you can trust that you’re getting the right stuff. I will be coming back a lot I’m sure!

I recently visited this place for my sister's wedding shopping. The collection is amazing. The place has a perfect blend of contemporary designs with a hint of tradition and they’re literally worth every penny!!! The staff was also very courteous and helpful. Specially thanks to pankaj.

I got my prom dress from here and everyone gave compliments. I then took my sister here for her sari ceremony and everyone loved it too. Kalpana aunty was super helpful in selecting clothes that suit the event, your shape and your colour. Thank you so much kalpana aunty and I would definitely recommend this place 10/10

Vandana was so amazing to work with! She was very helpful and took her time to help us and even went above and beyond to make sure we would be satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!

I went to purchase lehenga for my brother's wedding. Amazing hospitality, thanks to the staff pankaj and vandana for hosting me with all the available categories in the store which helped me chose the most suitable garments. Will surely visit again!!!!

Me and my mum visited RCKC 1 week ago looking for a bridal lehnga for my wedding! We were helped by a lovely man called Pankaj who from the moment we walked into the store made us feel like it was our own- he went above and beyond to help me find my dream lehnga & even kept it aside for me as long as I needed whilst I finalised my choices with no pressure or obligation to buy ... we even ended up buying another lehnga for my mum! Thank you Pankajbhai for all your help- you’re an asset to RCKC! Would definitely recommend this place for those looking for great quality outfits at reasonable prices - ask for Pankaj and he will definitely make sure you are well looked after.

Had an incredible experience buying a lengha from here, they have an excellent collection of heavy and light work lenghas in gorgeous colours!! Kalpana was so helpful in draping the lenghas and showing alternative styling techniques and blouses to match! Thank you so much, will definitely be coming back here!

I visited this store on Friday 3 days ago. I was the only one in the store and the lady and gentleman shop assistants were very helpful and did not hesitate to open many boxes of newly arrived stock. I did find 4 lehnghas in different and vibrant colours and left pleased with my purchases. Would make this my first stop for Indian outfits in the future..

Got my daughter in laws wedding outfit there .. a special shoutout very helpful staff there especially Hiteshree who showed us the perfect outfit and was so sweet and patient . Thank you again!

Brilliant customer service! I have visited the store multiple times in the last weeks and the clothes and service are great. I was served by Kalpana and she has been so helpful every time we visited. I would highly recommend!

Went to RCKC today, bought 4 lehengas. Their lehenga collection is the best I have seen and the staff were all so helpful and patient. We were there for 3 hours and they really looked after us. We will be going back for sure.
