I have been coming to this shop for many years with my kids. My kids always want to come to this shop instead of anywhere else because the husband and wife running the shop always give them free treats.

This newsagent has everything you need in one place. Really friendly staff and we are always greeted with a smile. Keep up the good service.

Selling Red Bull and energy drinks to my 12 year old daughter when you have to be legally 16 to buy them isn't cool! Especially before school! They aren't to know but she has ADHD also so have some respect and stop doing it!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour! My daughter went today who has autism! She was trying to pick up a package, she showed all her ID, the emails, the text and the confirmation to say her package was delivered. She has been in the shop waiting over an hour! Where the owner has ignored her! Shouted abuse at her! Has made her upset and uncomfortable! I then called her to put yhe man on the phone to try an explain please be kind she will have a panic attack because of your bad manners and behaviour! She then shouted at her saying i do not want to speak to your mum! Not even taken the phone from her to bear me out! He is rude! Disrespectful! And has no manners! Very angry and upset that he has treated my daughter in such manner! He is a foul human being! He has not listened, he has not shown any concern to help, he is shouting at a poor child! And ontop of it now has my daughter standing in the shop for over an hour being ignored! Horrible horrible service and care for others!

When I complained that he is on his mobile rather than serving the customers, he rolled his eyes and gave me the dirtiest look, saying, " You don't like it, don't come here!"
Shocking!!!

Went to pick up my Nike delivery on Friday 4 September, they told me I couldn’t have them as they didn’t use DPD as a delivery service. Even though I had all the ID that was required. Why did you take delivery if you don’t accept DPD? Told me to come back Saturday, I went back this morning told me that DPD driver picked them up again last night after I left. I asked them why they sent them back? when I was asked to go back today after 8am. Phoned up Nike, they told me that DPD haven’t picked them up as by now would have received confirmation, 10.45. Nike are now opening an investigation as to where the shoes are.
While on the phone to Nike, I was trying both your landline & mobile - I couldn’t get through on either.

Yesterday,i had an awful experience at the shop(bobbies/laxmi newsagent)to buy a strawberry water for £1 until something shock me.The person at the counter told me that i need to spend at least £5 on card.Now if you didnt know that is a illegal action.Also she made me feel uncomfortable in her shop.

Worst off license ever !!! Trying to sell you things you don’t need ! Bought Oyster card gave him money to top up and after I left they didn’t top up at all!! Avoid that shop at all way !
