Park Lane Club

Went to a PA event in December. Wonderful attentive an friendly staff. The walk about throughout the gambling areas was informative. Food was excellent and to top it all, a wonderful lady DJ who really knows her music and completely delivered. A wonderful asset to the club she truly plays for her audience. Best DJ I have experienced for a long time. Many thanks.

Had a lovely evening at the Hilton club. Lovely Middle Eastern food and atmosphere due to the band that were playing and the Arabic singer. Manager Nawal was very welcoming and helpful and her staff fulfilled my expected standards. The casino was also a nice way to end the night. Highly recommend visiting!

It was a very enjoyable time at the Arabic Night at the Hilton Park Lane Club. Mate is an amazing singer, he managed to entertain everyone with his brilliant band. The food was good and the staff were really helpful, but above all, the event was very well managed. The layout and setting were well thought of and the credit certainly goes to the public relations manager, Ms Nawal who was extremely helpful and professional, and despite her busy schedule was able to meet and greet almost everyone with a big smile. She ensured the guests were seated when entering the venue and assisted at any time by the staff, It was a night to remember and everything was just right. Parklane Casino

Being a long-standing member of the Metropolitan Group, and Parklane Casino of for almost 4 decades, I recently visited the casino with my wife.
Being a Sunny and clear day, on a Palm Sunday of the Easter holidays, we were just admiring the stunning views through its panoramic window, that overlooked the beautiful Hyde Park.
The experience was made even better by the warm and friendly reception staff, Ms. Maria, who made us feel welcome right from the start.
The highlight of our visit, however, was the exceptional service provided by the well-trained staff, Ms. Adele (sharing the same first name as the famous Singer, Adele), who served the Famous English Tea to my wife and to me (while I was still gaming at the electronic roulette table).
Overall, an unforgettable experience.
Our best compliments to the Management, Executive Officers, and so very well-trained Staff of Parklane Casino for continued progress in all their endeavours.

We stumbled across the Park Lane Casino after an event at the Hilton. We played the slots and had a really good night. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
