Fursse N T & Son LLP

We've used Fursse and Son in the past for roofing work, and were very happy with the job they did. Which is why we called on them again without hesitation when we needed a repair from the recent storm. The quote was clear and there were no hidden extras. On the day, the roofers arrived exactly on time, were very professional, very courteous and explained exactly what they were doing.
I am sure that there will be other companies out there who will quote more cheaply for the job, but frankly you get what you pay for... Fursse did an excellent job and we will be continuing to use them as required.

We had our back addition roof re-slated by this firm about 10 years ago and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and the whole experience was good. We recently had a minor problem which they responded to immediately and without any quibble rectified it. Again we have been impressed by their workmanship. They are really good people to do business with. I recommend them highly!!

They quoted for some repair works on my elderly 86 year old mothers roof. Luckily I asked for the quote to be sent to me to check over before making any decision. Quote came back at £5000. Then asked my roofer to quote who I know is excellent but based a long way away from her in Bedford. He quoted £800. I emailed their office to tell them this and question the quote only to be met with a barrage of insults in the return email from the "lady" in the office, who told me I sounded coarse, amongst other things. Really charming people! They are obviously a shameless outfit trying to rip off vulnerable elderly or ill informed people.

Worst roofer, damaged property and woman in office extremely rude.void at all costs. No customer service what so ever. Would you anyonr else but ghese, dont know how they survived so long. Shame you cant give a minus rating

If this companies work is anything like its drivers behaviour on the roads. Then people need to find another company.

poor customer service from the man and the lady i spoke to, have no respect and sound so arrogant when you are asking questions. Would definitely not recommend!!!!!
