Have used this company for last 4 years and have absolutely no complaints. They even came out on a bank holiday to unblock a drain when I said it could wait! Service is fantastic at a very fair price! Well done!

I have only just joined 'Your Repair' and I am very impressed with everything so far. From reporting my first issue with my Boiler, I can't fault them. Effective fault finding, effective repair and I would highly recommend you joining.

I had an outstanding experience with YourRepair. My boiler had a water leak which was filling one of my bucket very quickly. I contacted YourRepair and they sent well trained engineer the next day and this was fixed within an hour. Would recommend YourRepair cover

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the efficiency and speed of the response to my contacting Your Repair, followed by them contacting the engineer who quickly came, diagnosed and fixed the problem was wonderful. He was also a lovely, friendly person who spent a lot of time ensuring that everything was working correctly.

Boiler conked out one morning. YourRepair engineer visited that afternoon, managed a temporary repair, then came back the following day with a replacement part. He was quick, tidy and pleasant to deal with. Good job!

Jacob and his colleague from JLW Plumbing and Heating were excellent. They contacted us to say they were on their way, were cheerful, informative and competent. They spotted a slight leak in the boiler's exhaust and promised to come back with a spare part in the near future. I later received a call from the office to arrange a new appointment in early March. All very satisfactory, thank you.

Came out the next day. The gentleman was polite and friendly!! He new pretty quickly what was wrong. And fixed straight away. And even spent the time to explain, what was wrong and how he fixed it. Excellent service all round.

Very happy with everything about YourRepair if I'm honest! I couldn't asked for more. Communication about my plan with YourRepair was excellent. Servicing of my boiler undertaken earlier than expected and totally hassle free. All that for an extremely low monthly fee!

Excellent service from the outset - phone call requesting assistance, email communication through to contact with the engineer who came the same day, diagnosed the fault, ordered the part to collect the following morning. He arrived when he said, was so polite, respectful and friendly and worked in a clean efficient manner!

Excellent service we have been with them since 2019 and they have always done the service when promised. Unfortunately this year the boiler started to leak before the service. So when the engineer came to look at it the 17yr old boiler was a gonna. So now we are considering having a heat pump fitted and Your Repair immediately on request cancelled my subscription. If though it's not practical to have a heat pump then we will go back to a gas boiler and YR for the service. Thank you Your Repair.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our upstairs heating stopped working just before Christmas and I correctly diagnosed a failed motorised zone valve. Our call was dealt with promptly, given the time of the year and all the promised return calls were received. Jack the plumber couldn't be more helpful and turned up the day following his first visit with the new valve, which was fitted in no time at all. All this for our monthly fee plus a call out charge. I can recommend Your Repair and the company they used for this (Saunders) unreservedly,

Always had really quick call outs - the engineer attends within a day or two of me registering our boiler problem. Great staff especially Emma - understood our issues and resolved them very quickly. Highly recommended and we will be renewing our policy for another year.

After a shaky start that we weren't very pleased with, Your Repair gave excellent service. Big thanks to Tracy, who went above and beyond to get our heating and hot water back on. Also to Martin who got us back up and running in no time at all. Can recommend.

Switched from British gas after terrible customer service and really pleased with Your Repair. Got an email yesterday to remind me about the annual boiler service. The engineer phoned the same day and was in the area so came and did the service! No fuss. No waiting in for hours. And a decent price

Startling reply to my request for help with my boiler! Phone call in 4
hrs and offer to visit almost immediately. Provision of contact phone number for the actual engineer appointed to the job was a stroke of genius. Top marks to this Company, cannot recommend it enough!

Had a problem with my boiler showing I had low water pressure and heating was not working. Telephoned Your Repair customer service team and explained what was wrong. They accepted call out payment and the following day an engineer was assigned to do the job. I was given the engineers phone number and I rang him to check what time he would be arriving. I was3rd on his list and he came at 1.00pm. He sorted out the problem and my boiler was working quite soon. Good service all round.

So far delighted with my experience of YourRepair. They've never let me down. When I've needed a callout, the engineers have been thorough and meticulous. I will be staying with them for another year.

As this was my first year with YOURREPAIR I was a bit uncertain as to how well the servicing of my central heating boiler would go. Read some of the reviews and hoped that YR would keep their promises and do the service before my year ran out. Nine months passed and I received an email to say that my servicing was on their list of jobs to be done. A couple of days later had a phone call asking if a date the following week was convenient (it was), giving me the name of the sub-contractor and their contact number. Sure enough, ten minutes before the appointed time, their cheerful engineer arrived and began work. He made checks on the system that I don’t recall previous servicemen doing. Very pleased with his approach to the job. I usually shop around when an insurance policy is due for renewal, but in this case there’ll be no need to.

The heating engineer called before he arrived at my home. He was pleasant and polite. He serviced our boiler and seemed very professional. He was able to assure us that our boiler was in good condition.

Excellent communication from both the customer service team, and the repair company.
So far I’ve been very impressed by this company.
I’m due to have a part replaced, so will post a follow up review once the work’s completed
