Pets at Home Orpington

Just been here for a jumper for a newly groomed stressy rescue dog. The lovely lady helped me try two on my wiggling girl to decide which size and style would be suitable. With the third one we decided not to stress her any more but on fitting at home it is perfect. Great service and really good price for a jumper which will keep her warm enough until her fur grows back in. Thank you!

Pretty good range of products, really lovely staff, well laid out and chill atmosphere to just browse stuff for pets or have a look at some of the animals in the shop (attached a photo of my hamster who loves the canary seed bells from here)

I've not been to this shop before. But for all your pet needs, it's worth going to. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I should point out that it is a bit expensive depending on what you are getting. You may also be interested to know, they also have a vet as well.

We recently bought a fish tank from this branch for my 3 year old daughter. We were served by a young gentleman who gave us some great advice and information we didn't know or ask for, extremely helpful and good value. I'm unsure of his name but he had a nose piercing and seemed to be very knowledgeable and also have a great attitude.

Amazing customer services.
Shop was packed but that didn't stop one of the shops representatives helping answer my questions about the new Rabbit I had just been given and she was very knowledgeable about food care and housing needs for my new Rabbit then when it came to taking my new very large Rabbit hutch house / enclosure the shop staff carried it to my car for me.
5 ***** For Service Only problem was now il expect other shops to have staff as helpfull as petsathome

Always very helpful staff and a reasonably well stocked store. We find it best to order items online a day using click and collect before heading down there the next day to get our items.

Fantastic staff very helpful

Very useful staff, who helped me with a return I needed to make (my error with an online order), and helped me place a new order. The shop was tidy and a queue was quickly dealt with at the tills with extra staff arriving.

Always like visiting pets at home in orpington, always have the friendliest staff! And have everything you'd need for your furry creatures needs. Plus my dog loves tagging along with me, because she knows she gets a treat at check out!

Everyone who works here makes you feel welcome instantly, like a returning friend. They're patient, love animals and are all very helpful. Always a joy going to this store. My dog thinks so too.

Good range for all types of pets

Always a wonderful visit, with rabbits and fishes to keep things light and cute. Donate you have specialists putting up a show (live owl to pet).
Large range of food and everything under the sun that you like to get for your pet. Their discounts are pretty good and having the loyalty card is very useful so apply for one when buying. Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Also some of the vet prescription food can be also bought here cheaply.

Connor was very helpful (other staff were lovely also) - this is the 2nd time I've been and required help and he has helped me. Very knowledgable and helpful (pretty sure I heard someone say he was in on his day off too, after he helped the 2nd time).

So always go in here, but today needed to buy a coat for my dog, easy task some would say, well it's not, but CARLY made the whole process fun, my wife, Carl and I was in fit's of laughter trying coats on my aged old companion.

Big pets at home store and generally we get all the stuff I need for my guinea pigs, fishes and birds. I did get my guinea pigs from this store. Staff is less but very helpful. A lot of parking space available as it is inside Nugent Shopping centre.
