Mid Wales Inn & Restaurant

Nice traditional ale served in a proper beer glass with a handle. Extremely well cooked evening meal. Non ensuite shower and toilet for the blue Room but it was only across the corridor and I think allocated just to the Blue Room. It was spotlessly clean and free bathrobes as well. The beds with the comfiest I've ever slept in. Room was lovely warm and clean. Breakfast was served and cooked freshly by our charming host. It was possibly the best and biggest breakfast I've ever had in a bed and breakfast, ever. Price for all that including drinks at night was just less than one £100. Absolute bargain!

Nothing bad at all to say...food is excellent and very reasonably priced, if you want high end food this isn't for you but if you want excellent pub grub then make this place your place to stop.
It's worth coming off the well worn tracks to visit this jewel in Powys crown.
Locals are friendly and have that certain sense of humour that is rife in the valleys.
Give Sean and Tracy a shout when your round and about...they are true people who will go to the enth degree to help..
100% coming back even if its for the steak meal or a banging burger!!!!
Breakfast is TDF, authentic Welsh blackpudding and herby sausages plus the sound of real fried eggs being cooked #MusicToMyEars

Stayed a few days late July 2018, a few of us for a biker holiday. Very nice place, food good, nice breakfast. Penny is very accommodating. If only the weather in Wales would behave.

Stayed 21/1/22 very much liked the pub rooms nice and very good food breakfast was very good staff great and people that are local very very friendly and dogs welcome in all rooms definitely going to stay there again you can't always find a good place to stay when you go away for a few days kite feeding 5 miles away can't get better than that 40 minutes drive from Aberystwyth.

Had a 2 night break at the Mid Wales Inn. Brilliant time, had 2 great breakfasts and had evening meals there as well.
Hopefully will return soon.

Best pub in mid Wales! But seriously meal after singing was very Good, Guinness even better!

Good and good when it good no bad vibes mostly food great parking lovely and hosts a gem cannot fault this place one bit. Had food and drinks and best place in area by our opinion
