Borkwood Post Office

Really pleased with the service. Just thankful there is a post office close by and the team here have taken a brave step in offering a PO service. Don’t take it for granted. Appreciate the service being provided for the community.

Service has always been friendly and fast when I go to the post office. See attached pic for the latest opening hours!

Reopened recently - now open from 6:30am, very useful

Sporadic opening times make this an unreliable postal location. Don't bother planning around using this location because there's a high chance that either the postal counter will be shut or the entire place will be shut. Go to McColl's on Windsor Drive in Chelsfield instead.

Graphics card got stuck in the post there, wouldn't recommend..

I was being served at the post office counter when the assistant walked away to serve someone at the shop side while i waited. The assistant told me the shop is more important. I thought this rude.

Worst post office ever. Been there 3 times for 3 different things that are clearly shown on the boards of services that they provide only to be told No we dont!
Today I went to post a cheque into my bank account to be told they do not do this when on the sign above the cashier it clearly states that they do this service.
What's the point of advertising this when you clearly can't be bothered!
Won't even shop there now.

Been trying call this post office for 7 hour this is not very good,never mind thats stick to other forms of delivery no wonder there going out of business if i was a postman i would be looking for another job cheersssss
