Always a smile from the man behind the counter, and a pleasant chat (if there's not queue). He's always been exceptionally helpful. The Post Office itself is located in a small shop that sells a good range of groceries, has a cash machine, and has convenient opening times.

I have used this post office for over 5 years and have always found the owner Sanjay to be helpful and friendly. We need to support local shops because if we don't, they will close and we will all end up in one giant queue at a post office with no genuine friendliness or care. You can park for free, so no time or money wasted paying for parking and the shop stocks all kinds of treats and things you don't see in the supermarket. So I would say to ignore the bad reviews because you can't please everyone all of the time, and try Tile Farm Post Office for yourself.

Lovely post office, got all the essentials and the staff are really friendly. This combined with the bakers next door makes it a great parade of shops.

If this wasn’t a post office I would never step back in this place. Do yourself a favour and go about 3 doors down to pleasant shop owners if you want food or snacks. The owner of this shop is about as arrogant and rude as you can get.

Very rude person running this shop. Came to pick up my parcel today, he refuses to look for it because I wasnt sure who is the courier. Zero communication and worst customer service ever.

Very Rude person at the desk. You cannot ask him a simple question, he will insult you and try to show you down. It has been 3 times now that he has behaved very rudely.

The owner is incompetent and downright rude. I have today tried to collect an Evri parcel from his shop. After finding my parcel he scanned it, showed it to me and then refused to give it to me. No explanation when I asked why, as if there could be a good reason to refuse to give someone their property, just some vague muttering about a 'computer error'. This is after two previous incidents when he refused to accept pre-paid Royal Mail parcels from me (on separate occasions) and again, just shrugged and refused to explain why. Please avoid using this Post Office, even as a collection point. Others are available at Borkwood, Orpington High Street and Locksbottom which are far nicer to use, with staff who can actually do their jobs.
