I had to arrange my mother's funeral by myself, from the cremation and service, through to the flowers and order of service. Linky's delicate approach and experience in the industry helped guide me through the process. She was very caring, empathetic and understanding. I couldn't of asked for a better service.

Very rude lady asked me what did I want when I rang up to ask if I could pick up some brochures. Not a very warm welcome so for that reason I didn’t choose them.

Just remember first impressions are everything!
