Quick easy transaction. Surprisingly no queue for a Friday morning.
Friendly welcoming staff.

Good petrol station. It has a pay at pump option, which makes everything quick.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, store is massive with everything you'd expect to find in a modern supermarket now.

Just off the A12, so good for popping in on way home from work!

There are 2 things I think could do with improving: The mezzanine car park is still usable but is in a poorly state. Lastly the fact you can't get phone signal and the wifi is very weak so if you want to contact someone to ask something you have to leave your trolley and walk out of the store to do it.

We are Owners have been for about 14 years (2nd plot) there has been ups and downs but on the whole a good experience..something for everybody. Site kept clean staff helpful. Handy for Claxton, Walton Frinton and Brightlingsea. Good bus service too.

They have newly installed pay at pump systems, I didn't use today but seems really good, should definitely speed up their system. No more queues!!

Good quality goods, not always the cheapest compared to other supermarkets though. Staff friendly. The Cafe also sells good quality coffee for cheaper than your standard 'high street' coffee shops

An all-in-one superstore offering shoppers a wide variety of services and products. As well as an extensive range of groceries, one can find electrical goods, home wares, clothes and shoes, children's toys and a travel money counter in store. There is also a restaurant with toilets on the first floor, plus a petrol station at the front of the location.

The store has a good range gluten free and other free from products. Unfortunately the cafe is not so gluten free friendly; there are limited options. The supermarket also stocks some specialist world food produce that is hard to find.

An amazing petrol station, some of the cheapest petrol and diesel in the local area, good selection of snacks for long journeys in the checkout area. Free air and water for cars. The people working on the tills are quite friendly from time to time aswell.

Not the biggest petrol station, but have many pumps to choose from. 18 in total, only in peak times do you need to wait. Does not have pay at pump which is a bit annoying, but the staff inside are friendly enough.

Shop is usually very limited on sandwiches so be prepared to have a Cornish pasty and crisps for lunch!

Small sized store inside but meets the needs of a petrol station. It has never been to busy when we visit. It meets the needs very well. Always clean and accessible.

Nice little petrol station, 18 pumps I think. Free air and water too. The actual shop closes at night and has a window for you to buy fuel and you can get milk, etc.

Very clean, very good staff I dropped £20.00 they found it and when I panicked at till the lady said I was waiting for you to say you had lost your money and returned it to me. Very handy little shop in garage as well

Plenty of pumps and wide bays on pumps so you can easy leave even if the car in front is still paying at the pump or in the shop.

Such reasonable prices on fuel here. Recently refurbished to a more modern standard than previously

Normally cheapest fuel in the area with long hoses at each pump to make filling up easier.

Reasonably good Sainsbury's store. Café is always kept moving and is well managed compared to other stores I've been to. Store layout is solid.

Well laid out aisles good variety of fruit and vegetables fantastic meat and fish counters top of the shops 😀

Probably the most cheerful staff in a petrol station anywhere in Essex. The price of fuel is almost always the cheapest in Chelmsford.
