Last 5 years I am receiving Guaranteed Rent from South East Residential, there are no miss payment or delay . They well managed my property in their own cost.

I rented my property to Ahmed Kawsar and South East Residential in 2019 on a rent guarantee basis. At first, Ahmed Kawsar told me that he has professional tenants lined up for rental properties, and his agency will reference check them for us. We later found out that it was a lie, he takes the property and rents it out to council for huge initial payment.
He then stops paying rents to me while still receiving rents from the council.
Absolutely fraudulent. Please be aware. He has 8 different companies of which he is the director. After a few years of trading he tends to dissolve his companies- very dodgy practice. His office is now closed and he is nowhere to be found, hiding with with all landlords’ rent.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could give no stars I would. It has been 3 months since I have moved out of a property I rented through South East Residential. They still have my £800 deposit, but I have received no correspondence from the company after leaving email after email. They have blocked my phone number so that I cannot call, and I have sent recorded letters asking them to pay back my £800 deposit or I will take them to court. It has now gone past the 14days I gave them after they read the letter. And I will be paying the £310 to take them to court, as this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. What worries me is that lots of travellers use room shares as an affordable place to stay while they are moving around the world. They might not receive the right advice after being scammed and would move away leaving these scam artists with their hard earned money. I think it is disgusting. What is worst is that after visiting the office to sign my contract I was texted by another member of staff who said he had taken my number of the system and asked if we could be "Friends". The company is unprofessional and I will not leave until this is sorted. If anybody else is in the same situation with this company and need advice then please do get in touch. It is easier than you think to take a company to court and I'd be more than happy to help see justice served. Companies like this never last, please speak up and don't suffer in silence there is something you can do!

They lied to a local council, claimed a property was a two-bed when it was a one-bed property.

When they were caught out, they created a building site in the lounge, trying to hastily create a cupboard (which the council have said would be far too narrow to meet minimum standards for a room - barely room to stand next to the bed, but no space to actually move anything at all ; been bits of timber, screws, tools discarded around since, along with a bare timber structure in a family home.

Oh, and their unprofessional workman interfered with, and broke toys too.

THEY STOLE MY IDENTITY TO COMMIT COUNCIL TAX FRAUD!
4 years on I am still getting court summons and bills for a property that I never lived in, one of their properties. I rented with them in 2013 and they allowed my landlord to threaten me. Avoid these people like the plague, they are disgusting criminals who have caused me serious problems.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY CALLED SOUTH EAST RESIDENTIAL AND HIS OTHER COMPANIES SUCH AS; SER PROPERTIES LTD, SIMPLE STAY LTD AND LONDON CITY HOTEL LTD AMONGST OTHERS. ESPECIALLY COMPANIES OWENED BY AHMED KAWSAR OF 343 LEE HIGH ROAD, LONDON SE12 8RU. HE IS A FRAUDULENT PERSON. I SIGNED A LET AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH EAST...IN APRIL 2017 ON GUARANTEED RENT BASIS WHICH HE WAS LETTING TO THE COUNCIL AT SIGNIFICANT PROFITS. BUT HE NEVER PAID MY RENT REGULARLY AS AGREED AND HE STOPPED PAYMENT AT SOME POINT AFTER ISSUING HIM A VALID QUIT NOTICE WHICH HE REFUSED SERVICE. BUT I MANAGED TO HAVE PROOF OF SERVICE DESPITE AND HE WAS STILL ADAMANT. NO ONE WAS EVER IN HIS OFFICE, THEY REFUSE TO PICK CALLS OF LANDLORDS, NEVER REPLIED EMAILS OR MESSAGES. HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE COURT IF I WAS THE OWNER OF MY PROPERTY. HE CAUSED ME HUGE FINANCIAL LOSSES ESPECIALLY BECAUSE ALL THESE HAPPENED JUST BEFORE THE LOCK DOWN, WHEN COURTS WAS NOT IN SESSION. I AM STILL PURSUING HIS CASE. IT'S JUST IMPORTANT TO WARN THE PUBLIC. DO DILIGENT CHECKS ON NOT JUST THE COMPANIES BUT OWNERS OF COMPANIES BEFORE TRANSACTING BUSINESS WITH THEM. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS IN THIS TOUGH TIMES!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, rude and don't care about tenants! I would highly recommend to avoid this company like the plague.
