I saw George for a sports massage after overdoing it with my padel tennis games. George's expertise and gentle approach has definitely made a difference in my recovery. After being diagnosed with a Chronic Achilles Tendinopathy Nick established a rehab programme that included stretching, progressive loading and a course of Shockwave Therapy. Success! I can now exercise without pain. The advice from Nick was first class and I would thoroughly recommend Nick and the team at MSO.

Highly recommend Federica - she is easily the BEST therapist I've seen. I was struggling with my upper back pain and spent thousands over the last 6 years on different physios, chiropractors & it's all fixed nothing. Seeing Federica (and later on joining her the Core Stability class) not only does she offer ALL THE ABOVE and she teaches me how to fix my issues and shows what rehab work to do in between sessions.

Not mention I also experienced both tennis and golfer's elbow at the same time and after 6 sessions my elbow issue is now sorted. Thank you Feder!

Excellent service. Very thorough initial assessment. An in depth review of past history and injuries (not just a fast forward to current symptoms) as well as a rigorous physical exam. I was given specific stretching and strength routines as well as other exercises which I'm delighted to say have seen me through the London Marathon. Hopefully with continuation and progression they should lead to injury free running in the future, but if something does crop up I'll have no hesitation in using MSO Physio again.

Harriet has been great - providing tailored support both pre- and post-natally. As an amateur aerialist, I’ve been keen to maintain as much strength as possible, and get back up in the air asap. Harriet gave me the confidence to safely continue to train through my pregnancy, and then work through regaining strength after - including regaining pelvic floor strength and managing ab separation. Nick helped me after I started experiencing pain in my hip/leg from weightlifting. He not only identified and guided me through fixing the problem, but has also given me a great deal of valuable advice for my training. Very happy with the results, would definitely recommend.

Unlike what the last guy posted, this is probably the best physio practice I've been to. I've been to other 'professional' physios that provide treatment for the sake of appearing to do something. The first session is generally a consultation to examine the issues. The ongoing advice and treatment is fantastic.

Great Clinic. Staff is great and very professional. Have had quick a few sports massages with Kieran O'Connor. Highly recommend it!

Nice folks, reccomened for treatment

Very good sessions which helped clear my back pain and sciatic pain. Robin gave me 3 exercises to do which I'm still using. Thank You.

£55 wasted. Bloke spent the whole time repeating himself, basic examination and no treatment. For back pain recommended i go for acupuncture. Effectively paid £55 for a referral. The exercises are also contraindicated by just about any other medical professional. Wouldn't recommend ever.
