I just ordered some latches online and am stunned with how quickly they turned it round. Ordered Weds afternoon - arrived Thurs morning! They had a very good range available and their delivery charges were easily the cheapest I found. Very pleased indeed and will definitely use them again.

Had to go in a few times to buy door knobs and few other bits and pieces. Paul dealt with me and he was very helpful and patient. Knew his stuff and price was definitely reasonable.

I visited this shop to seek help on a door handle spindle bar, for an old door lock, and thanks to their help, found I needed an imperial measurement one, and not one that was metric.

That said, on the two occasions that I have visited the shop, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and patient, and were prepared to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted/needed.

Great choices off handles and colours

Fantastic service. I had no clue what I needed to replace broken door furniture. Staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable. Can't rate them highly enough.

The best place for all hardware needed.
They have many items on display, so you could see what your getting.
Also they have sliding door mechanism and hinges on display.
Most items can be ordered next day or two delivery and some of the products are very good value for money for the high quality.

I really can't fault G Johns & Sons for their service recently whilst working on a big project for us. I found their prices to be very favourable and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout. I highly recommend them and will be using them again on future projects.

I used G Johns and Sons for all our ironmongery for our recent house renovation. They have a large showroom with a wide range of products. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and were brilliant at guiding us through the vast options available. After we had picked out our door handles of choice we went home and emailed over the architects drawings for the project.
