The staff was really friendly,very sociable, polite and respectful, especially a girl named Dumitru Andreea,She was the sweetest of them all. The casino overall is very nice,has many games you can play and has a good atmosphere as it should. I really recommend this because it's not like any other casino,it stands out in the crowd, you'll see for yourselves if you go

Alex showed us amazing customer service and patience. He made us feel very welcome and his hospitality was 5 stars. We had a fabulous time! Alex dont forget to watch Frozen :)

Angel is amazing, me and my friends came here spontaneous and we was welcomed by her and she’s such STAR, looked after us at its finest. We go back to America tomorrow and Angel has made me want to make my stay longer !! Great vibe lovely people

This was our first time at this casino, and it was amazing! We’re not big gamblers, but everyone was super friendly and willing to explain things to us.
Alex and Sherice at the restaurant were so attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. 100% recommended!

Alex, Nassin and Hakin have all looked after us this evening and we have had a wonderful time. The food in the restaurant was amazing, good choices and such attentive service. The refurb is so beautiful, lovely atmosphere and very chic and cosy. We can't wait to come back for our next visit. Highly recommend for a great night out and made to feel so looked after.

We visited the Grosvner casino visiting from the US and had a great experience. From the staff at the front checking us in to our lovely waitress Iwona, who greeted us while playing slots and we had a great chat with.

If you’re in the area and want a casual, fun casino experience, consider walking in.

Alex at the bar gave incredible service… he was very knowledgable and helpful. Will come back to this casino even if it’s just for the bar :)
