The lady who worked on 21/02 at the counter 6 was extremely polite and gave useful advice on my cover letter and payslips, and even shared a few sheets of paper for the letter. Sadly I didn't catch her name, but I hope that my gratitude will be heard and felt. Overall great experience, though the queue outside is a bit disorganised of you're a first timer.

The lady at counter 3C was so helpful and polite. I have all documents except one (mail confirmation from airline) and she help me printed it.

Thought I would have a terrible experience at first from the review here, but the staff was very kind to me.

A very good experience. Please ignore all the negative comments provided by all others. I have been to VFS today and it was seemless. I got into chambers by 1230 for 1230 appointment, and was free by exactly 1245. So just 15 minutes. So dont go by negative comments on google reviews.

our couple documents was missing but italian guys make our another appointment in local branch edinburgh so quickly .otherwise it was impossible to get appointment at edinburgh

I love Italy! I had a great time and the service is so nice there! The gentleman helped us with getting documents sorted and was quite careful checking details too. After the bad experience for our France Visa application we got quite scared with doing Schengen visas. But this time everything just went so smooth! Bravo!!!

After getting through I had the most helpful person, operator 44 who was able to secure an appointment for the next morning for a new emergency passport and was told I would probably walk away witn it the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Hardik was absolutely helpful and kind, he is amazing, customer service was lovely. I was getting paranoid and hel reassured me everything will be ok and it qas in the end.

It is hard to find an appointment, but they are really nice and helpful people.
The whole process took like 20 days from visa application to having passport. I got 4 text from vfs showing the progress of application and 2 from delivery courier.

The process to apply for a visa to Italy was made seamless and easy by VFS. We completed the application online on their website and arranged an appointment. My husband attended and he was only at the Manchester centre for less than half an hour. He chose to pay for the courier service. This was last week Friday and by this Friday the passport was couriered to us with the visa included! Couldn’t have been happier and during the week we would receive an email and text with update or were the process was. I really appreciate & thank you for the superb service

Just got panicked after seeing the reviews but a big thumps up for the services offered by them. I have applied for Italy visa on Tuesday and I received the passport to my home by Friday morning. Also the staff were polite and helpful.

AMAZING SERVICE. The lady who served me was so sweet. She was patient and so lovely!!! She thoroughly checked my documents and advised accordingly, before concluding the process in a short space of time. Splendid service! Submitted visa application on Thursday 14th Dec 2017 got it on Monday Dec 18th 2017! I could not believe it. A*. My only frown was due to the VFS website that crashes while filling in the form then refuses to let one back in stating that they are logged in already even when they are not. The website is a bit of a pain, but VFS staff were 5 star*****. Thank you for your speedy service, God bless and Merry Christmas!

I went to VFS London today to apply for a temporary residence visa for South Africa. I thought it would be a dreadful experience in view of the many bad and negative reviews I've read. However, it was actually quite pleasant. I was dealt with in a very polite and professional way, and the young lady who interviewed me named Ayan was charming. Well worth this 5 star review.

Going through a family emergency.needing an urgent visa. it really has been quite hectic and stressful. Tanya at VFS South African section was very patient and helpful.can not thank her enough for going above and beyond for us.tanya thank you for your time. This has not been the first time they have been so helpful in our urgent situation.can not fault the service at all . Definitely worth a 5 star rating!!!!

I went to apply for a south African short stay visa at London VFS global. Very kind and helpful people, I was having some documents missing they gave me enough time to sort out my documents. Very great experience. ThankS to all staff you people are great.

Not so bad as people said before. Staff are nice and friendly. If you check the information online carefully and prepare all required documents before going there, there is no need to use their costly Internet service (£5 per 30min for Internet use). Btw there is a really cute guy at the counter 12 (for Norway visa I guess) hahahhhh

The website is a little confusing, but they quickly replied to my email enquiry, the application process was super fast and I wasn't charged for anything extra. Visa has been done within a week. Really pleased with the service.

I applied for the Italy visa, the staff were friendly and helpful, made the visa application interview very pleasant.
Despite low reviews had a great vfs experience there.
