Sweden Visa Application Center

I have visited this centre twice this year. Both times I was satisfied with their service. The environment is conducive and the officials are very organised. The security can be a bit short but I guess it’s because they have to organise the applicants entry inside the centre and their repertoire of visa application answers is limited to what they know. Calling an official from inside to attend to one applicant who needs info (that is readily avail online) is herculean task as everyone is busy behind their desks. It’s a centre for submission not information gathering!

Had an excellent service. I brought all the documents mentioned in the vfs check list and process went smoothly. The lady whi collected our applications is super nice.

The service is terrible. The staff is not bad but the online service, the automatic notifications, and the overall process in general are extremely bad. I didn't get the automatic notifications on time. The process took longer than expected and I had to lose money on my first booking of flights + insurance and after sending new flight tickets and new insurance certificates, they gave me a visa for only a couple of weeks while I sent flight tickets covering 3 months, I also selected multiple entries and they only assigned single entry. TLS contact is much better than VFS, and always had good experiences with TLS, unfortunately, they didn't have appointments available. Avoid using VFS at all costs.

Unnecessarily difficult application procedure. Requires payment first thing during application, and all documents to be uploaded before booking appointment. Then takes days to review application and let you download the application form. After jumping through all these hoops got visa for only 7 days even though we requested multiple entry on family visit visa. Waste of time and money. Better apply for other Schengen countries.

Terrible visa experience, no communication after 6 weeks, no passport returned. Had to cancel flights and hotels which were made bookings to get the visa. Now trapped and cannot travel anywhere as no idea where the passport is. VFS London just automated phone system, do not reply to emails. Go on holiday somewhere else and take your money away from Europe!!

This is a joke. Overall, we found the staff to lack in knowledge, there were not too competent. Long waiting time, if you lack any document, they can't even print it out, you have to go to printing shop.

My partner applied for a Schengen visa to Sweden. It states online everywhere that visa is 3 months, I was hoping to go to other countries. The visa she received was for 2 weeks.

Absolute waste of time. The hustle and money involved with this garbage of applying, travelling to London etc. isn't really worth it.

Extremely poor service they ripp off by asking you to go to sweden to renew passport and charge for emergency passport and then pay again in Sweden for normal passport Pakistani embassy got million s Pakistani living in UK they are open and give oppoitmemts every day for their citizens swedish embassy in London lying by saying that they don't have appointment iam trying to book appointment for 8 months they by purposes don't put any dates and times online for people to book appointments I really wish THEY SHUT DOWN FOREVER IN UK AS THEY DON'T SEEVE THEIR CITIZENS POOR SERVICE SWEDEN EMBASSY NEED TO CLOSE FOREVER WHEN THEY DON'T HELP THEIR PEOPLE

This is the worst embassy I have ever seen. They just gave me 3 days visa. Waste of my time waste and waste of money. Highly recommend don’t choose this country to visit. Their service is worst.

Worst service ever our appointment was at 10.45 but they called us around 1.30pm. in my life I never book visa appointment for this country again. Totally avoid it.

I've never seen such a dysfunctional organisation. Staff were rude and absolutely useless!
