We initially called Gary regarding a guttering issue; spare of the moment we asked his advice on a new roof for the conservatory. Immediately we were impressed by his professionalism, transparency and honesty when providing a quote. From the initial quotation, booking a convenient time frame was not difficult; easy to contact and certainly responded as soon as possible. The workmen that attended to the job were yet again professional, knowledgeable, hard working and respectful; keeping us updated at all times. I reached out to The Roofing Company to have a flat roof leak investigated. Previously I had it reviewed by 3 other roofing companies and was given varying degrees of feedback ranging from quick fixes, to having the entire flat roof and pitched roof redone. Gary popped over with his team, assessed the roof and reported back to me with the issue with the correct course of action. The advice was that there was no issues with the pitched roof and that the flat roof was worn and need replacing. The team stripped the flat roof back to the OCB (where they confirmed that the OCB did not need replacing as it was in great shape. The team progressed with stripping the existing felt and fitting the new torch of felt. Absolutely great service from start to finish and Gary and his team have been fantastic to work with. They also replaced the felt on the exterior outhouse. Overall 10/10 and will be using again for any future roofing issues.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy.

Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done.

He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds.

From the quoting process to the completion of the new roof Tony and the team have been fantastic and have shown real professionalism and great customer care towards my father.

The job was 1st class, and the team on site was very respectful and ensured that they left the property clean and with no mess.

I would recommend Gary and the roofing company for roofing works, and would use the team again in the future. We had a small leak with water coming into our property: the part of the roof causing this wasn't obvious. We struggled when getting quotes from other firms who over-quoted and included works that weren't needed, for what turned out to be a relatively minor repair job. Gary was completely professional and gave us good pragmatic advice using his drone to show us aerial footage of the roof. The repair works were done within a few days of us first making contact, and several months on there has been no reoccurrence of the leak.

Gary is a very friendly guy. He advised us on the best course of action and took pictures and pointed out exactly what the problems were that were causing our leaky roof, as well as additional problems due to wear and cracking. He didn't need to do that, but he did.

He organised and had a team replace our entire roof in 6 days flat, that's including scaffolding and materials being put up and taken down.

He had another team replace an ugly grey plastic (and leaky) flat roof, with a wonderful new skylight, seal it all up and clean up in only another two days.

All the guys were super friendly. I had a chat and a laugh with all of them. Especially Matt and Tony who did the flat roof. Matt did a thorough water test on the new roof to ensure the work was solid.

Gary has been very understanding of our complicated situation, and we are lucky to have him in charge of the job. Would recommend him and his team 100%.

Gary was also very patient and professional when conversing with my mother, who isn't the best communicator or easy to deal with. Top notch guy!

We got Gary and his guys around to do a couple of fairly minor repairs... however whilst they were up there, they made a nasty discovery, re the condition of our flat roof... one thing led to another and they ended up re-felting the whole thing for us. They fit us in at very short notice, since we already had the scaffolding in place, so time was of the essence. I needed two flat roofs repaired in Strayfield Road – I'm pleased to say that after a few initial delays they've really performed. The main flat roof with internal gully was a real test due to its poor state and complexity. I had to go back and admire it after Matt & Steve left. Well done boys. Service and quality workmanship is really important... Proper-Job! Recommend.
