Visited the car shop today and was greeted by the lovely and friendly Charlie .

He instantly put us at ease and got the car we wanted to look at very swiftly. He was kind and patient and let us look at all aspects including putting our up hairs etc in and out of the car .

He tried his best to negotiate a really good part ex deal. And whilst the figures didn’t work for us right then . He kindly took time to show us the same model car but with different spec and price tags to suit our need .

A lovely kind gentlemen , nothing was too much trouble
Hopefully after some homework we will be back to purchase the right vehicle

I visited Car shop on Sunday 3rd of March and was Greeted and helped by Tyrone, who was very attentive, friendly and helpful. I ended up test driving a car and said I would come back during the week to purchase it.

On my return I was met by Liam Jones, who was just as friendly and took me through every aspect of my finance deal, and offered me detailed explanations of all of the warranties and services Car shop provide.

The whole time I was there I never felt pushed to buy anything, or to spend over my budget at all. Very happy with my car and the service I received.

Spoke with Darius today whilst buying my first ever car through a garage. He was so reassuring and well informed, he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. I purchased a car from here yesterday and had a fab experience. I have never purchased a car through a dealership before so I was completely inexperienced with the whole process.
Once I found a car I was interested in, Charlie (the sales rep) helped to explain everything to me every step of the way and even sorted out a test drive for the car I was looking to buy. For the questions he couldn't answer (which weren't many considering the amount of questions I fired at him), he was very quick to find someone who could. Mitch (the sales manager who finalised the sale) was also brilliant in explaining all the financial details to me.
I felt no pressure at any point to buy the car I was looking at, and felt like I was able to walk away at any point throughout the process, which certainly helped me to feel at ease!
I highly recommend this dealership, and although I only purchased my car yesterday I can guarantee I will be buying my future cars from here.

Friendly staff, easy to chat with decent selection of cars.
The shops easy to find just off the motorway and plenty of parking in and around the area.

Jaydn was with me walking me through the car, friendly and easy the chat with gave me the information I needed and offered comparisons to contemplate.

Such a good experience during the purchase and part ex of our car. Ahmed was extremely helpful when we first viewed the VW Polo we had seen online. He wasn’t pushy at all and was polite and helpful throughout our first visit.
