A visit to Vivienne Westwood Cardiff.

On entering the store I was greeted by Ben who was extremely helpful also was able to tell me regarding the window display.

I was able to view items at my leisure. Staff member Wendy and her colleague were available when I had questions to asked on items.

The store is bright, clear and well stocked up. when leaving Jee and colleagues thanked me before leaving the store.

The staff are extremely helpful, polite and take great pride in their job.

I recommend Vivienne Westwood, Cardiff.

We were blown away by the service in the Cardiff store. Our son is an eight year old budding designer and was in absolute awe of the shop, gawping at the designs. A member of staff, Ben, made our sons day by making him feel very special - talking him through the designs and fabrics. Encouraged him be himself and follow his dreams. It was an absolute joy. We couldn't afford to buy him anything, but he was so very happy and didn't want to leave. Thank you for a truly incredible service. More places should be like this!!

Despite reading the negative reviews posted, I cannot the criticise the experiences I’ve had at the Vivienne Westwood store in Cardiff. I have visited several times over the last few months and can honestly say the service from the staff was nothing short of amazing. There have been a few times where I’ve been looking for a particular item in store and they haven’t got it, however the staff made a real effort to contact me as soon as the desired products came back to the store - which is really appreciated! All my experiences have been extremely personable, very friendly, inclusive, professional and I can’t thank the staff for always going above and beyond!

I recently visited the Vivienne Westwood Cardiff store to purchase a handbag. I was welcomed by Ben and he made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable.

Ben was amazing, he was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
I was made to feel so welcome by Ben and all the staff, and after a couple of hours left the store very happy with my purchases.

We visited the store during the week and I can honestly say that we have never had better customer service than we did with Ben. He is an absolute gem. He really made my daughter feel so very special in his advice and care. She will definately be back very soon to make her special 1st purchase.

My husband & I make a point of coming here every time we’re in Cardiff. Yesterday we were served by Ben who is absolutely outstanding and brilliant at his job. I’d had a horrendous day trying to find some new clothes & felt really fed up, however we were met by Ben who looked fabulous and couldn’t have done more for us. I found some trousers but my size wasn’t on display, but he found some in my size, recommended accessories to go with them; the whole experience was effortless & it was like we’d known him for years. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.

Amazing shop and wonderful staff!
After not being able to buy fabulous Pirate Boots in the London store, I called Cardiff and the lovely Judith was more than happy to put a pair aside for me to collect the next day! She made sure they were the exact colour and size I wanted as I was driving all the way from Plymouth and had been dreaming of owning a pair for well over 20years!
Ben immediately made us feel welcome and he made shopping an absolute pleasure. His passion for the brand is obvious and it was lovely to meet him! The boots are perfect and I look forward to wearing them and shopping in Cardiff again!

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Ben was a star, understanding my hesitance on buying my first designer bag. Happy to let me think about it and keep the item aside while I did so.

Very good shopping experience. 😄The mini bas choker I wanted was sold out and when I spoke to Grace, she immediately agreed to stock it for me. Grace was very nice and efficient. Great!❤

Very friendly and helpful staff! I had ordered a pair of earings that were sold out online, and had a problem paying. There was a problem with the payment system. Claire was able to help me sort it out. She was lovely! I received the earings beautifully packaged and I am very happy! Thank you.

There have been some recent unkind reviews. I have been a loyal customer for years and shop in this fabulous store regularly. They all go the extra mile and give a warm welcome to all whether first timers or returning customers. I have never witnessed anything other than first class customer service. I don't recognise what was said in these handful of poor reviews at all. Rhiannon and her team are amazing. Do NOT be put off going into Vivienne Westwood Cardiff boutique. You will get a warm welcome every time

If you come here, make sure you get Ben to serve you. Legit the best customer experience I’ve had in a designer store. Attentive but not overbearing. Friendly, & offered great advice without being pushy. Thank you Ben!
