Timberland Retail Cardiff

Lovely brand... I really love the boots and trainers here. The staff is very confusing and didn't explain anything about ordering online our to the store 😕 😐 ... but at least one girl was very helpful and fast, she explained everything I needed to know.

I bought a pair of boots back in October and they were showing damage (the pull on tag) by February. I took them in today (12 Feb). I was expecting to have to wait for a repair. Well I showed my recipe and they replaced them no questions asked. Excellent customer service.

Just bought my first pair of Timberlands in about 20 years. Was hugely impressed with the Staff, Service, delivery to store and pick up of boots. Definitely will be buying from here again. Plus no pushy buy our polish antics....so I bought their polish 🤣😎

My experience here has been fantastic. Staff is super mega kind and friendly, and not to say how polite they are. Also very helpful. The store is ALWAYS tidy. will definetly buy again.

Great shop,visited christmas eve,was going to purchase a pair of boots,I checked the online price which was cheaper for exact same product. Staff were more than happy to honour the online price. Very helpful friendly staff

The staff very helpful and had a good sense of humour. Covid : they mark with clear markers and hand sanitizers everywhere.

Fantastic footwear , a little pricey but you get what uou pay for......soooooo comfortable.well worth the hefty price tag.

It's quite expensive if your not used to it but it really is worth every penny the boots, shoes and everything else they sell will last many years even if you are quite rough with them
