Great experience at the store. Daisy and Karolina were fantastic.

Daisy quickly helped identify what model, fit and length would work for me based on what I described and showed her and she proactively went back to find additional pairs that may fit better. Karolina provided super helpful fit/adjustment suggestions, which helped lock in the choices.

Had a great experience was done getting a pair of jeans and chinos in less than 25 minutes.

Daisy also encouraged me to sign up/use my Levi’s membership, which also helped.

Overall, the store seemed well equipped.

Karolina and Klea gave me the best service ever, showed all style of the jeans , helped me chose the right sizes and I bought 4 pair of jeans. Whole crew is very professional and polite. Will come back soon for more jeans. Thank you!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Levi’s today. A wonderful girl named Sidra, helped me from start to finish. I came in thinking I wouldn’t even find any good pieces for my holiday but she was so helpful, informative and great at her job! She understood my style so well & helped me leave with a whole basket of goodies! She is absolutely exceptional! She gave me the best customer service I have experienced in retail for a long time. I cannot recommend this kind girl enough!

I want to tell you my experience.. one of the branches I went to in Central London
( CARNABY st ) , they haven’t suggested me properly, the previous jeans I was wearing was a 42 .. and they never have 42 in stores but Knowone insisted me on wearing a 502 taper 40 waist .. everyone was just telling to order online a 42 waist.. when I went to the Levi’s in Wembley park. JO the assistant manager, is a STAR by insisting me to try the 40 waist 502s ,, which I thought they wouldn’t fit me. Thanks to The Assistant Manager she helped me ALOT ALOT,, now I can order online without worrying if it will fit me or not … I can order online STRESS FREE. Give all the credit to the ASSISTANT MANAGER OF Levi’s Wembley Park… LEVIS PLEASE LOOK AFTER JO ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service in the store, the special offers make it worth visiting and there is a suprising number of changing which are well attended.

Amazing, friendly staff working in that store! Very very pleased - I went there to do some shopping and also get one of my Levi’s jeans tailored. The lady I was talking to had taken them to crop for me and as I didn’t want to wait for my jeans to be posted, she went an extra mile and got them tailored for me within about 30 minutes! (I wanted to crop them and leave a raw hem at the bottom). I am really satisfied with the result. Thank you!!

i came here on Thursday 5th Sept 2019, bought some items and noticed a discrepancy in price on one item. Shop was about to close but the sales assistant fixed the price and applied the refund to my card. Good service and amazing stuff.

Shop assistants are knowledgable about their products. I overheard them explaining to another customer the difference between 501 vs 514 and why 501 don't have a zipper.

Discounted prices are good! Eventhough I wasn't able to find the 501 I like in my size.

Fantastic service. Too much crowd and I witnessed people try various clothing and when the arranged stack of Jeans gets disturbed the staff working hard to keep it stacked clean for other customers. Great team

Always less answers I experienced from other store when I visited. But here in LDO Levi's wonderful customer service.. a young girl Klare (Sorry if I mis pronounced the name) great service from her what a patience and customer focus from that sales crew member.. I would visit again.

Again first time the store makes customer happy by getting a free alterations to the height requirements.. I'm pleased and will visit again soon.

Excellent customer service we drove up from Heathrow for to have an alteration on my jeans a friend had told us they are done the same day we were delayed on the way & was told it could take up to a week I explained the situation to GUI & he managed to help us out & the alterations were made within 2 hours which saved up driving up to Wembley for a second time extremely helpful well done GUI & thanks 👍

Buy one get one free on accessories! spent a fortune on belts and stuff but what quality!! Staff so helpful it was a pleasure shopping especially as there is a free shopping delivery service by the complex If u spend £50 which is so easy to do!!😁
