Masons were excellent in every respect. They fitted us in at short notice - Pickford’s couldn’t and let us down badly - and were so professional. They packed much of our things and were great with disassembling and re-assembling beds and a wardrobe. I’d recommend them very highly! 👍

Masons moved us into storage. Their estimate regarding our storage container numbers was accurate. They moved us out over 3 days and they were no nonsense, efficient, slick and engaging people.
They just got on with the job. They wrapped all soft furnishings, and dismantled our bulky furniture with no fuss.

A brilliant and very efficient service from Masons. We didn't move far but nothing was too much trouble. All our furniture and possessions were packed with care and consideration, and arriving at our new home they were unloaded and placed where we wanted them. I would highly recommend them if you're moving house.

Fern who did the initial assessment was very professional and a delight to work with, the team I spoke to on the phone were always helpful and patient with my questions. Peter, who gave me boxes before the packing day to do some of my own packing couldn’t have been more helpful. On the day of the packing the team were professional, made the whole process less stressful and worked very hard - special mention for Damien who was just great. Thank you to all the staff at Masons. absolutely amazing service from all the staff at Masons who were a huge help to me. I was in between properties so they came and packed my house up and placed all my precious belongings in to there storage facility for safe keeping. when the time came to move in to my new property the team brought all my furniture and belongings to my new home all in perfect condition. Hired Masons Removals Cardiff to move furniture and a storage unit worth of belongings from Barry to our new home in Risca. Booking was easy and very reasonable. On the day the team of guys were great! Personable and professional, they took great care with all of our belongings and took the time at the new house to place boxes and furniture in to the rooms where needed.

Masons gave excellent service even though our move became complicated (problems further along our chain). The team were brilliant, both in taking our belongings from our old home and unloading at our new home. They were very accommodating about our changing plans, taking our things into storage at short notice. We would have no hesitation in recommending Masons for removals.

We moved from Cardiff to Northern Ireland and engaged Masons to do the move. Price was good and in spite of us turning out to have a LOT more stuff than we realized, everything ran on time and to plan thanks to the teams hard work. Additional movers were sent to help with the packing up when things started to fall behind and everyone was professional and good company throughout the process. Packing up was completed on schedule, including disassembling a lot of furniture. Delivery was as expected and handled swiftly through a lot of hard work, and a second delivery arrived as expected a few days later.

We used Masons to move ourselves from our home in Portsmouth to our new home in Barry, putting all our furniture in storage for two months. They also moved my 80year old mum from her flat in Portsmouth to her new flat in Barry.
The whole service they provided was excellent and they made the move over two days very easy for us. Craig and Josh, the two man team who did the removal were wonderful. They worked hard and were very professional, friendly and hard working. They were particularly brilliant with my elderly mum and went above and beyond to ensure that she was settled into her new flat , putting everything in the right place for her. They were extremely patient and kind.
We thoroughly recommend Masons for anyone moving home and if Craig and Josh are the ones who help you, then you will have an excellent personal, stress free moving experience.
