Empire - Mile End has become my reliable spot for Chinese cuisine, especially given its Halal options. Without fail, I order the chicken chow mein and curry chips every time. The portions are generous, the flavors are delightful, and the prices are reasonable. It's my go-to for a satisfying and affordable Chinese meal.

Empire is an amazing Halal Chinese takeaway in East London! Their food is absolutely delicious and always fresh. The flavours are incredible and the portion sizes are generous. I insist that you try the popcorn chilli chicken, chicken chow mein, special fried rice, curry chips and beef curry! I highly recommend Empire for an amazing Chinese food experience!

Loved the food, they have a good variety of dishes to choose from for a reasonable price, good mix, very good service, I would recommend this place to all especially since its also Halal. Here is the new menu for all those who are complaining about price and that they sell pork, THEY DONT SELL PORK. It's obvious that the menu online won't be up to date, and it's common sense to check when you get there.

Ordered a few times from here the food was great! Spice was also a noticable amount if you want more you simply ask. Person at front was kind and patient.

What a great little gem of a shop this is, amazing tasting Chinese food for great value. Been around for ages but there quality has always been top notch and the bonus its Halal so you cant go wrong. There amazing A-Meals like A3 are excellent value for money, a fav with the locals and if you're passing buy this is the place for a quick Chinese takeaway.

I love this place, very affordable and fantastic food. It's a take away only, no tables to eat in but good is amazing. Give it a go, ask for spicy, extra Naga chili's

Got a take away last night, Kung Po Chilli Chicken, rice and a Peking Duck pancake roll. All tasty and it came to just over £8. I’ll happily eat from here again. Staff were friendly too.

I always order A4. By far the best curry & chips and chow mein noodles I ever had in terms of quality and price. £3 for small or £3.50 for large. Bargain!

The price and quality of food is amazing, it's one of those spots where the outside and decor are old and can be off putting but the food,my god it's amazing.
