Samsung KX

My experience on samsung KX was fantastic, i first time coming into the store as i had to deal with a repair of my phone,and as soon as i walked to the store i was treated with a smile and friendly service by their team. I particularly had a exceptional customer service with Jerome, he was well knowledgeable and answer all my questions Myself not being very knowledgeable with electronics it was good to be treated nicely and someone that had lots of patience ☺ . I can also add its a great place to bring the kids , this store has so much to offer to keep the kids entertained and busy. I will definitely give this store a five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 everyone was friendly and the kids feelt welcomed

Delightful experience collecting a mobile phone !!! Beautiful building and very courteous, relaxed, and extremely helpful. All the latest TV, monitors, mobiles, etc al to use and look at in awe !! Situated in lovely complex for shopping and food - some very nice looking places canal-side on the to-do list now !!!

I was having issues with my Samsung watch 6 and I was having difficulty finding an appointment online but when I visited your Samsung KX store where your staff member Waqas welcomed me and listened about the issues i was having with the watch. Waqas was brilliant and did the necessary checks and resolved the issue. This is called good customer service and I would recommend that see waqas at KX as he doesn't rush and treats you well. Most importantly gets your gadget working again

I just want to start this by saying this is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had and it's all thanks to Earl and the team! I'd been having some issues with my phone and happened to be in King's Cross when I came across Samsung KX. I took it in just to ask them if they could diagnose the issue and give me a price for fixing it. They had a quick look and booked me an appointment with one of their specialists for the very next morning as well as letting me know that the phone was still under warranty so there wouldn't be a charge as long as I hadn't tampered with the phone. I came in and was seen by Earl, who was incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable. It was clear from the start that he was really passionate about helping his customers. As I was due to leave the country a few days later (on a long term basis), I was desperate to get my phone back as quickly as possible. I had been advised that the usual turnaround for repair was 1-3 working days but I only had 2 and a half working days before I left. I had no other choice but to leave my phone there for repair so handed it over and began waiting with bated breath. I got a call from Earl a day later saying they'd fixed the initial charging port issue, but had found a problem with the motherboard and would have to fix that which unfortunately meant it would take a little bit longer. Earl promised me he would do everything he could to get it back to me before I left the country and he really came through! The morning of the day I was leaving (less than 3 days after my original appt), I headed back to the store and my phone was ready and waiting for me. I honestly can't explain how grateful I am for everything Earl and the team did. Despite being under no obligation to do so, I know he really went out of his way to get my phone fixed and back to me on time! This is the kind of above and beyond service you rarely see and I appreciate it so much. I'm sorry for all the stress but your dedication means the world to me. Thank you to the Samsung team and especially Earl, you guys are the best :)

Had the pleasure to have my phone repaired by Earl today. Polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Although only a minor issue, he took time to explain every step, and answer any questions I had. Their products are great, but their customer experience is world class.

Great looking store with plenty of new and current products on display that customers can integrate with.

The staff are also very friendly and helpful right from the start.

I had to take my phone in for a repair and Tobi was very friendly and chatty and explained the whole repair process to me.

I'd be very happy to visit the store again if I need assistance with one of my Samsung products!

Jerome went above and beyond for us. He squeezed us in for repairs of a flip 5 despite not having any appointments available at the time. We really appreciate his time and effort of squeezing us in. He is a real asset to your team and this is our first time experiencing issues with a Samsung phone but how it was managed by Jerome has put us at ease especially with his warm and friendly nature. He was quick to deal with the issue and processed the repair claim efficiently. We walked in feeling very stressed as we all know phones are key to day to day management and we left feeling cared for. Thank you Jerome!!! We appreciate you. You saved us, honestly!!

Such a great Samsung store, a whole new level of excellence compared to other Samsung stores. It has their full range, including home appliances, lots of comfortable seating, and places to bring your laptop for work and studying, a great cafe and staff who don't bother you when you are just wanting to browse. Lots of interesting products here I never even knew Samsung did, so I definitely would come back, it's a great place just to have a little fun.

I was initially served by Tobi who I found to be exceptionally helpful and patient with me, despite my initial disappointment with the company warranty policy.

The repair was carried out to exacting standards and quality.

Ron, who released my phone to me at the point of collection explained the repair and process very well and overall I had an amazing customer experience from start to finish.

I recommend the store and the staff highly.

Waqar.. Your attention to detail was on point. You went over and above to ensure that the clients drove. Customer was at ease. I felt as though my concerns were heard and were managed effectively. I am a disabled customer with multiple Dexter. Tree needs a long other issues. Thank you very much. You have made my transition very easy. Excellent service! I was able to make an appointment online and was immediately helped upon arrival by Mohamed who took the time to explain all possible options available for the repair of my phone and even helped me transfer the data to another phone. Definitely a great place to go to if you need your phone to be fixed!

Earl was excellent, he provided a quality experience and was very thorough with the service he provided. I had an issue with my phone charging and he was able to solve the issue within the 30 minute appointment. The shop is modern, vibrant and is in a really nice area. Thank you again Earl

Underrated place with areas to chill out & watch the world below go by.
Can play around with new gadgets.
Loved their free F1 simulator - it's harder than it looks.
There's gaming consoles for free use too.
More amazingly, you can design & print FREE cases for the S series/other higher model phones & Bud holders - wow!.
Patrik was very helpful too!, enjoyed learning how the printers etc worked.

Hamim and Ron were amazing. Had some issues with my Buds Pro 2 and got them services in less then 30 min. Great team

My phone screen recently got damaged, and I needed it repaired quickly. The Samsung website stated a 5-day turnaround time, which wasn't ideal.
I visited the Samsung repair location and met Tobi, who confirmed the 5-day wait. I explained my situation - I didn't have another phone and couldn't wait that long.
Tobi went above and beyond! He personally took my phone to the engineering team and advocated for a quicker turnaround. He even promised to do his best to get it fixed by the next day.
True to his word, I received an email the next day stating my phone was repaired! When I arrived to pick it up, Tobi was there waiting for me with the phone in hand.
I'm incredibly grateful for Tobi's exceptional service. He truly understood my situation and took the initiative to find a solution. Thanks so much, Tobi!

I recently visited the Samsung store in Kings Cross to have my Fold 4 repaired, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. I was expecting a mobile phone store but it was way more than that. Even though I had no prior appointment but they found me a slot.

I would like to commend Mohammad, who assisted me was exceptionally professional. He carefully inspected my phone and kept me informed at every stage of the repair process. His explanations about the issue with the device and how it would be repaired were clear and informative. I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism and service provided by Mohammad, which surpassed any experience I've had in any other company's outlet or with any other staff.

Samsung Kings Cross, thanks to Mohammad, has set a high standard for customer service.

Had the best service ( again! ), this store hasn't let me down once, and I'm confident to bring back any of my devices for repair. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful and would go the extra mile for you! This time I was assisted by Tobi, who was nothing short of brilliant! 10/10 recommend
