Amazing work by Jon & his team. I had them revamp my lounge in 2022 from a dated chandelier & wall lights to installing dimmed spot lights. He also recommended a plasterer and the job was completed in 1 rather than me sourcing multiple tradesmen. February 2024 I had Jon and the team revisit for full electrics including lighting, sockets and internet lead from the mains straight to my new outdoor garden cabin. The finished result is amazing. Jon goes above & beyond for customer satisfaction , I will definetly use again and will also highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Called for new electrical work that was required at new premises to enable expansion and new roller doors. Jon visited, Quoted and after discussion, was given the work straight away. All work carried out to high standard with a great team and nothing too much trouble to sort. Will be getting more work from us in the future.

Jon and his team done a full rewiring of our house during the holidays. They worked fast and did a great job.
Only issue was getting Hikvision doorbell to work so we returned it and we got a full refund. Other than that, most important work been done in timely manner and they answered all my questions.

1000% recommend! They went above and beyond for us, very polite and respectful to my property, originally booked in for a EICR however after coming across a few issues on the way he put himself out to help repair the problems and ended up being at our house for an extra 2 hours then originally scheduled for.

Jon and his team have undertaken a full and comprehensive new installation at our barn to office conversion and we cannot rate them highly enough. As always with large scale jobs, particularly in old buildings, there have been obstacles and design changes but Jon has been faultless in his understanding, resolving issues and finding us solutions. Out of the multitude of different trades Jon and his team have stood out for their flexibility, politeness and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation to recommend Jon to others and we will certainly be using him for phase 2.

Very happy to recommend Jon and his young team. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He's also very keen to take on and training youngsters. We met at least three apprentices, two about to complete their final examination. His attitude and professionalism to the job has clearly been passed on to them.

JEM refitted our faulty electric shower and fitted us in at short notice. Electricians were prompt and professional and didn’t leave any mess!
Jon, the proprietor, gave advice over the phone and was upfront about the potential cost of the work. A follow-up call was also received to check we were happy with the work carried out. All in all we are very satisfied with the service we received and would happily recommend the company.

This is the second time I have used JEM Electrical and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
On this occasion Jon put a heavy duty supply into a garden workshop and really helped to get our project back on track after we were really let down by our shed supplier, Noah Garden Rooms.

I used JEM Electrical earlier in the year for an emergency light repair in the kitchen. As he solved our problems at that time, and practiced Covid 19 safety, I didn't hesitate to call him when the fitting stopped working again. Jon recommended an LED fitment and his colleague Anthony completed the job very quickly and efficiently. We're happy that Jon recommended this new light as it is a lot more powerful and, as he said, will last a lot longer than the old one. Thanks JEM Electrical.

Full wiring circuit installed for kitchen extension.

After being let down by a previous contractor, we contacted Jon at JEM. Jon responded very quickly and answered all our questions. The price was extremely reasonable and no more than we had been quoted by the previous contractor. I was also extremely impressed with how JEM were able to complete the work whilst adhering to current current guidelines around social distancing. Would fully recommend JEM if you need any domestic work completing.

JEM installed new and additional spot lights and moved switches to a bedroom and fitted a new updated consumer unit and additional sockets to our garage. The work was carried out very professionaly and efficiently with the minimum amount of disruption. Great team.

Originally wanted a fuse box replaced, but Jon advised that it would be a lot of work due to current regulations and it would be cheaper and easier just to replace the fuses. Which he did for me. Excellent service and advice and would thoroughly recommend

Jon and his team supplied and fitted external lighting. The guys knowledge and professionalism is second to none. So tidy and courteous throughout. At last I have found an electrician who is so professional and knows everything you need to know about electrics. Can’t recommend JEM enough. I won’t use anybody else now.
