My Macbook was turning off randomly and then wouldn’t turn back on at all, I needed my mac for some important work the next day, I called Minko’s macs Camden branch, they told me to pop in, i did and they had my mac up and running perfectly!

Great service. I brought my MacBook Pro to them to sort out liquid damage to the keys and within 24hours it was available to pick up, problems solved. Very Professional service also.

I highly recommend Minko’s Mac!! I’ve previously bought a MacBook Pro in the past from here, never had any problems with it worked perfectly. I have now come to upgrade my MacBook Pro to an iMac and as always I’ve experienced outstanding customer service and support. I will definitely be returning again in future when I plan to upgrade again!!

This place is amazing! I went in to get my Macbook screen replaced. As a student, I was given a considerable discount, which was very generous. After apple told me I would have to wait 2 weeks I was very discouraged as I needed my device ASAP, but here the service was remarkably quick, with the parts arriving 2-3 days after ordered, and when I went in they got it fixed in 1.5 hours! Everyone was also very very kind and friendly. I cannot reccoment Minko's Macs more!

I had an informative and highly reassuring service. The staff in-store laboured strenuously to find me specific deals and parts for my damaged macbook. Their communication was clear-cut and I had no feelings at any point I was being rushed to make decisions. For Apple specific products, I can think of no better place for queries and buying.

After visiting the apple Genius Bar and being told they could not repair my 9 year old MacBook Pro, I was ready to spend £3k on a new one. Luckily I came across Minko’s Macs in Camden. They took may Mac in on a Saturday and in a matter of hours they had replaced the hard drive and cleaned it and it was up and running, for only £200. They are know trying to retrieve the data from the old hard drive.
Minko’s Macs give a very fast, professional service at very reasonable rates.

Amazing service. Came in by 14:45 and had my battery changed and computer cleaned out by 15:35. Phenomenal customer service, and impressive knowledge base regards MACs in general.

I've brought my family and friends to Minkos and will continue doing so for the foreseeable future.

Apple had written off my 2017 MacBook Pro saying it was obsolete when I asked for more memory as the OS couldn't upgrade. My only option was to buy a new computer according to them. Darren at Minko's Macs doubled my storage and updated my OS in three hours. For a fifth of the price of a new computer. Wonderful friendly service - couldn't recommend more.
