Really good store in ilford but unfortunately they closed it we Really like to shop here there products are really great. We really mis this store it's permanent closed 😢

Always high standard of service. Very well run place for how busy the place and area gets. Prices are at high standard as quality and service is up there so expected people say its expensive but I just believe its the value of the all round quality of product service and obviously brands and the company brand name. Haven't been to any other franchise so cannot really compare to it obviously if you are budget shopping wouldn't really suggest shopping here if your looking to look after pennys.

Today i explore M&S for my son's uniform stuff.... its really a extraordinary experience and i got what i want... i would like to give extra thank to ms. Fatima, who helped me a lot to search my stuff. She is very pure and kind soul as well as a good sales assistant. Thanks Fatima ❤❤

I love Marks Spencer store l love the food like honey for £1.50 which so nice chocolate for Christmas milk 4 pints for £1.45 which so cheap and love the yogurt to for 75p l been 3 times now and their fruit to l brought 🍊 so sweet, 10/10 is good for buying food or clothes Christmas gifts candles tea chocolate short biscuits,💯👍🙂💯💯💯

Staff in the food hall are exceptionally polite and customer service is 10/10. They go up and beyond for you here! Absolutely recommend it here! You need help the ladies are so approachable and friendly

I am supper late..On the 15/07/22 around 17.24 pm I popped in to M&S Ilford in search of a supportive Bra. The first person I approached on the bra department was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She grab me 2 items which I end up buying and she Remeasured me with my true bra size

Small branch but has good variety of everything you need. Always clean, full of helpful staff ready to answer to your questions. Love their cafe whete you can have amazing coffee. Shame they closed down food hall.
Lift needs refurbishment.

Love this place! Always clean and tidy. Good selection of food even though the food hall has shrunk. Staff are 50/50 with regards to customer service. Depends who you get ;)

I love the Food Hall. Can actually get great Crusty Bread and.Goats Butter but it could be in bigger packets/Goats Butter. as I have to go more often as Goats Butter in small packets. Please make it bigger Goats Butter it is delicioso trust me and healthy. I feel makes a change. Please do Goats creamy cheese also possibly with chives now thats a thought. Excellent customer service, I would like to recommend that Balfeet working at the Ilford branch made my day, her friendly smile and approachable service was the best I've ever experienced she went more than going the extra mile. I went to purchase a hat for my mum, I had a cut out from newspaper for hat priced at £15. When I arrived at store I couldn't see hat, so I asked Balfeet, she pointed me in the right direction. I then saw it was priced at 17.50. She saw paper and it states £15. She said I'll go and ask my manager. She same back and said we have to honour that. Balfeet is a star in a million. She didn't have to go the extra mile but she did. I would like that Balfeet gets star of the month. No sure what you have in place at M@S! Thank you for honouring the advertised price. My mum and Me very happy customers!!

A perfect supermarket, for fruits vegetable and dairy products.
Clothes are good but seems costly to us. No comparison with others they have their own products

O M G . Everything has such high standards. The clothes are elegant, very formal. The food I unbelievably good. The best place to splash cash. Ps. It is quite expensive yet good quality...
