Absolutely delighted to post this review. We needed a new single bed frame and mattress last Friday. Called Rees early afternoon, and went through various recommendations, one of which we chose. Everything was delivered and installed at 6pm the same evening. Really pleased with product quality, and the efficiency of service from Rees Furniture and Beds. Thank you!

Amazing service received. Our Daughter moved into a new flat and found a dirty old mattress. Rees delivered a new one to us within afew hours and then even swapped it and sent another one when I realised I’d ordered a double and really needed a Kingsize. Absolutely fantastic staff, service and prices. Thank you so much for bailing us out, you went way above and beyond and I have no doubts in recommending you 100%. Absolutely superb. Great quality products and competitively priced. I ordered a divan on the Friday which came the following day. All set up, old bed frame removed with all the packaging. First rate service. Really friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Cannot recommend highly enough

I needed a mattress a bit sharpish and gave Rees a call. I spoke with a very helpful chap who sorted me a good mattress at a good price and had it delivered 4 hours later. Very pleasing hassle free experience.

Purchased a beautiful triple sleeper bunk bed classic white wood from Mr. Rees in July. I was amazed at the personal attention and outstanding customer service. He is very humble and came to my home personally to deliver the bed and then waited for his fitter to arrive to ensure smooth assembly. What business owner has time or care to get personally involved in deliveries? At a time when customer service has taken a downturn due to covid, I must take this opportunity to applaud Rees Furniture, the owner and his fitter Raj. Great people. Great product. Perfect delivery. Family friendly prices and generous discount. Patient in allowing me to pay only after I saw the product delivered. Rees is a true gentleman and keeps his word. 5 stars.

I recently purchased a divan base and mattress from Rees and can not fault the service! I needed to get a bed quick and noticed they did same day delivery. I explained how much I had to spend on the bed and managed to get a bed larger than I had anticipated and it was delivered to me that afternoon. As I live in a second floor flat, they very kindly carried it all to the room for me at no extra cost. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!!

Needed some furniture last minute for a rental property. Rees was great in sourcing everything I needed with speedy delivery complete with installation. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

Very pleased with the service and large variety of mattresses. Thank you to the helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me pick out two super comfy mattresses for my children. The prices were also half of what I'd have had to pay in other stores. Store front parking was available aswell, which was much appreciated and free delivery was also offered. I highly recommend this store and will be revisiting again when I need beds or mattresses again!

I searched absolutely everywhere for a decent set of chest of drawers and could not find anything that was good quality until I came across Rees website/shop. His customer service was excellent. He sent me loads of photos showing me all the different products he had and even FaceTimed so I could see it live which was excellent considering the current Covid situation. The quality is amazing and I can’t actually believe that I have got something that is as great of quality for a very decent price. I ordered it and literally 6 hours later it was delivered. I wish I had of known about his shop before as I would have purchased all my furniture from here. I will defs be using his shop in the future 😊

Excellent customer service. Courteous and considerate as my initial order had to be changed due to wrong sizing on my part. I left my keys and new order was eventually delivered even in my absence. As if that wasn't enough flexibility, he set the bed up in the flat before leaving.... Not only very professional but a fantastic individual....
