I can highly recommend Lauren's retreats. The quality of her classes is truly outstanding as is the food and standard of accommodation. Lauren is so attentive and exceptionally tuned into her students creating a very personalised experience . Her planning is meticulous .Lauren thinks of everything and shares her extensive knowledge and learning in such a wonderful empowering way. The benefits of her retreats are profound and lasting !

I used to attend Lauren's classes in Raynes Park before lockdown and since then have been doing her online classes. I am so impressed with the sessions. Although I miss going to classes I still feel so supported and as ever her instructions and demonstrations are very clear. Even my husband has started to join in and enjoys them!

Joined Lauren at her Ashtead class. Absolutely loved it, this lady is very passionate about what she does and very knowledgable she was able to help me realign in some poses which were new to me. She is very kind also. I can see why her classes are so well attended. Lovely Lauren yoga highly recommended
