Despite all negative reviews, I had a good experience with TLScontact. On the day of my appointment, everything went smoothly, and there was no long queue; the staff members were nice and helpful - the whole thing took me an hour. I got my passport back after 3 weeks and I'm happy with the outcome! Overall, a happy customer, thanks 😊👌🙏🏻
It's hard to find an appointment on the website but once you've got it, it should be fine

Yesterday filing my application for a visa for France I hit a problem with one of my documents and was referred to the Premium section to try to resolve it. I’m elderly and I was stressed and worried. In this Premium section two of the kindest, most helpful young men, Jay and Godfrey, smoothed my path with patience and well informed help which I’m hoping will result in a successful outcome. I cannot praise their competence and politeness enough, they really calmed me down and went out of their way to check and re-check all my documents to make sure I was on the right track! What a pleasure to find such people still exist in what is potentially such a fraught situation with a lot at stake, Thank you once again Jay and Godfrey you are a credit to Tls Contact!

Easy to locate. The staff were helpful. Onsite printing/copy service is available which Is very useful. We got a very good officer who suggested missing documents, and was very kind and helpful.

Went there today for France long stay visaapplication. 2nd time now and still find the process nerve racking.
As before I found the staff incredibly helpful, a call out to Helen who helped sort the small errors I had made.

I applied to Belgium from London .. Shahier was helpful and patient .. he answered all my questions and handled my papers with excellence.. Tim was super kind during my biometrics .. they both made my experience at the centre quite pleasant ..

SO SO GOOD! The process is so much easier and straightforward than VFS! and thee place is very organized and prompt.

My only recommendation would be to move the process to collect documents online to save us from all the printing. But the TLS Center in London is really good to get appointment slots and is prompt in their delivery.

They additionally also called me the day before the appointment to check if I had any questions and that took the customer care service to a 5 star for me! HUGE kudos for going above and beyond.

Very good experience with these guys. Helpful on the phone (although it took a few attempts to get through). Excellent once I was onsite. Sorted out issues with my forms (my fault) and copied stuff I was supposed to have. Visa back with me within a week. Top marks. Thank you.

This review is related to the TLS London office, the folks on the Belgium Visa processing counter in the office, and the folks who help you with the Biometrics.

The review related to booking of the interview slot on the TLS website will not get even half a star. The website is buggy, with timeslots availability next to zero. I was checking slots 4 weeks in advance. The lots open at midnight and they show all the slots for the day are booked. You have to stay logged in to the website the whole day, and keep refreshing the time slot webpage every 10 mins to pray for a time slot to be made available.

Now back to the TLS London office review:
I visited the TLS London office in December 2023 45 mins before my time slot with all the documents (copy and original) requested with the application. I was greeted well by the security at the entrance and was guided to the Belgium Visa processing desk inside the office at my allotted slot. The person helping me with my application was not rude or polite but assertive, and meant business all the while.

My Visa application had a few problems (multiple applications, different locations, etc. to name a few). I had made sure to call the customer support center before my appointment and requested them to cxl the redundant applications. I was confirmed by the customer support representative that the wrong applications are cancelled, and I'm good to attend the appointment.

Cut back to the Visa appointment, Tim after reviewing the visa application informed me about multiple applications, and the challenges in processing the application. I was nervous, and i shared my piece of information. Tim though not willing, but went through all the pain deleting the wrong applications to process my visa application. He spent about 30 to 45 mins to fix my application. Eventually, he fixed my application, and asked me to proceed for my biometric. I was made aware while in the process the notice that my application can be cancelled if it is not correct. So i want to take this opportunity, to thank Tim for the going out of the way to help me with my visa application processing.

The lady at the biometric capture booth was polite, and helpful. I finished my Visa appointment in just over an hour.

I applied for Belgium visa on 30-01-2024 in London Centre
And while tracking the application I came to know my visa has been processed on 8/02 but till date I neither get my Passport at my mailing address nor any tracking number to track my passport with facilitation centre.

It’s humble request to you to get back to me as the location is really far from my living address and I can’t visit the place in person

Recently i visited there and my experience was good with reception but further it took long time to complete the process. If somebody is coming so keep 2 hrs. Spare for the process.

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience at this centre, I came for a Germany tourist visa appointment.

All the staff were very friendly and polite, as well as being helpful with sorting any missing documents or information. If you forget to bring a document, you can print it/any others for a charge of £10. The Photo Booth charges £8 for 6 prints, so not crazy.

There’s plenty of seats available and everything is clean & well-maintained, much better experience than what I had at Vfs global.

Would suggest a morning time to be processed quicker, I had an 8.30am, arrived 8.15am, was out at 9.50am.

This was my first time of using the TLSContact Victoria Island Office. Right from the Gate, I noticed the courteous Security personnels, checking appointment Letters, Passports and confirmed that all documents were in order.
Inside on the 1st Floor, there was no undue delay.
Everything was orderly and professional.
I was really impressed.

Good experience for me here for a Swiss visa, getting appointments slots little different here.

It was really great experience. I applied for Swiss visa. Que was very less compared to the France visa. I arranged all documents in order so it doest took much time at reception to verify. Later one more verification and visa payment was done which took around 20 mins including the waiting time before calling at counter. I applied for my wife and son too, so they did not allow to enter the centre to three of is so as a primary applicant I entered and completed all formalities. Once my biometric done, I came out and my wife entered separately for biometric as they don't allow child to enter if they ate below 12 years. Overall, it was quite smooth process. All staff was really helpful and they literally trying to support each one of the applicant so nicely. One should really appreciate them.

5 stars are less. The smoothest and quickest visa process ever. There are no issues in finding appointments. Kudos to the cooperative staff that knows what to do. Yesterday, i got a confirmation email of the process completion, and today, i got my passport via post.

I had my visa appointment today and the whole process went smoothly. Staff were helpful and worked efficiently. All done in about an hour i’d say.

I had my appointment today. Germany 9:00. It took me around 1 hour and 20mins to finish everything as a first timer. I expected a bad experience based on reviews here but it wasn’t so, I was tended very well by an Indian lady.

I'm gunna coming from glasgow to tls London its 8 hours drive for me I seen all reviews was great ! In here tls edinburgh is very racist stuff working last week I booked un appointment I downloaded a form from visa on Web. I booked un appointment
which I paid for it. she said sorry I can't find your application reference West of my time I drove 2 hours from home to the appointment. I printed which tls send me by email .

We went to the London Branch. Staff were so friendly and helpful to us. We were in and out within an hour and have had our visas returned to us within a week. Excellent service

Excellent experience overall

I feel lucky about the appointment time slot (10:30 am) for my short stay Schengen visa for Germany. It was very efficient, which I needed because my train out of London Euston was at 13:02----just two hours or so after the appointment - so I HAD to leave TLS at 12 pm at the latest!

I was admitted into the building and through a security baggage check 11 minutes before my appointment (10:19am), after which the first desk asks which country you are applying to visit. The only delays here are previous applicants whose documents need a close look. My docs were studied and filed neatly into a plastic envelope, with multiple questions asked, and I was finished there at 10:33 a.m.). The photobooth is right next to that desk (the first guy saw my photos and said that they probably wouldn't be accepted and I should've selected PASSPORT at that Asda photobooth instead of the Schengen visa setting). You must be ready with your TLS Contact REFERENCE number and in fact be very familiar with it because after that first desk, you have to stare at the multiple screens in the next room, waiting to see which counter is ready to entertain you. This took 24 minutes, and I used the time to get the right photos in the photobooth (£8 for 5 copies). At 10:57am I was called to the next desk. Here, your documents are studied even more closely, and this is where I found out that I needed to access my bank (my oversight/mistake) and use the printing facilities on the other side of the building. I also paid and made arrangements for a courier to deliver my passport to my address outside London. I was told to watch the next screen for my reference number to call me for biometrics. I used the time to access and email myself my missing bank transactions. At 11:34 a.m., I went through biometrics and then RAN to the printers. By 11:55 a.m., I had dropped off a blue envelope at the second desk as instructed with the missing documents and made it to the first of two train stations to head back to Euston. The only stress was my own mistakes, and I still managed to be in and out of there in just under 1.5 hours.

Whatever management is doing with TLS Contact, they're doing it right, especially with the morning appointments. The staff are a well-oiled machine and did their jobs very well.
