***Update*** Got my passport and visa after 3 days

I’m giving 5⭐ because my experience was very smooth. I had my doubts because of the previous reviews here so I was preparing for the worst. Here’s the summary of my experience today:
* My appointment is at 8:45am but I arrived at 8:03am and I can see there are people queuing outside. They open at 8:30am, only then they let people in.
* Those with appointments went inside first while walk-ins have to wait outside still.
* Get to the documentation checkpoint counter. Make sure you got everything and in order. I didn’t have a photocopy of my passport as it was not on the checklist but they copied it for me for free.
* After the check, you get to the other counter to get your queue number. Those who availed premium service will be sent to the premium lounge area.
* If you can, I recommend paying for the premium because it makes a lot of difference. You get separate counters, you got waiting area, you got coffee and small snacks.
* At the premium lounge, I got attended immediately. My documents were checked one by one. Paid the fees and thn head to the biometrics. All that and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Getting the appointment is a pain but I discovered if you try to look for appointment at midnight, they seems to open some new slots. Getting all the documents in place and in order helps a lot too. This was smoother experience I had compared to my previous experience with TLS. It might because of the premium service, but nonetheless, it was a 5⭐ overall experience.

My partner paid for a premium appointment which was very swift. All staff were very kind. The appointment was quick. All documents were taken. Make sure you follow the checklist thoroughly and you will be fine.

We were sent a letter saying the bank statement we provided was incorrect so we supplied the correct one and then the visa was issued in a number of days. It was really quick and efficient. Communication with BLS International via email and phone was fantastic when we needed help.

We have used VFS global in the past for another destination and they were absolutely awful. BLS international are amazing. Thank you so much for making the process of applying for a visa easy and understandable. Online system needs some work but apart from that I am extremely happy!

My experience with the visa process was flawless. Initially I did not see any appointments but fortunately I managed to get an appointment this month. I reached at the centre and it took us less than half hr to get done with everything. If you have all your documents stacked and in order, you will have absolutely no issues. The people working were very friendly. After reading the reviews online, I went in with very little hope but everything was opposite of what the reviews say online. I got my passport with visa in less than one week.

I used regular service and it was processed in 10 minutes at the center and I see my passport parcel already despatched in 2 days. Staff at the centre was firm but kind. Don’t listen to bad comments too much here. People writing here are mostly bad experience as good experiences are not usually written here but rather forgotten after. You can bring your laptop. They allow it in

When to london consulate today. From the start a very pleasant man let us in and very helpful. Only 3 minutes I had to wait. Then this young lady dealt with my paper work so help full made me so at ease. Repeated herself when it was noisy but never minded. I had been very stressful about this. But i must say she made this experience so much easier and stress free. Thank you for your time and patience.

I visited the new office today. That is much more well managed and the processing takes lesser time now. Managed to finish the process in 30 mins. Also, there is now official walk in appointments system in place. Appreciate 👍

My appointment was today. I arrived an hour early and was attended to within 15 mins.
I think it is worth paying someone to organise/check your application papers which is what I had done.
The whole process was painless and I had finished before my appointment time.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Leave time to find the office as it is not the easiest to locate.

Yesterday I had my appointment at BLS Spain Visa Application Center. I am usually nervous about these days because of all the documentation one has to manage. But fortunately I was received by Seby who helped out throughout the process with a smile a very supportive attitude, and a very approachable conversation. He also helped me out with certain questions and needs I had since I am an student and may need a long stay visa to come back to my home country in January. The process was very fast and I am very happy with the experience.

Some documents were missing during the Spain visa application, but the officer name seby in the office helped us and gave us some time to bring those documents and get it done with our application. Helpful staff, easy going staff.

Today, I applied for a Schengen visa from the BLS office. The employees were very responsible and treated excellently, especially Mr. SEBY. He was one of the employees who testified to his competence and excellent dealings with all applicants, especially with diplomats from accredited embassies in London.

I would just like to say how refreshing it is to deal with such a proactive institute. From start to finish it was such a seamless procedure dealing with Jashan and Seby on my Daughters Visa application. The whole team knew their roles and carried them out so efficiently with smiles on their faces. Great work guys you have done Spain proud!

Today I found staff at the BLS Visa Centre London to be extremely helpful. In particular Seby and Martina. They were utterly professional and under no circumstances gave me false hope in that I should receive my visa before the due processing period albeit I need it urgently. My experience today with Seby and Martina, although not with the outcome I hoped for, I truly believe they acted in my best interests. They treated me with kindness and took the time to listen

I recently used the visa services provided by BLS London, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Olivia and Seby were incredibly professional and efficient, guiding me through the process with their expert knowledge. Olivia made sure all my documents were in order, saving me time and stress. I had a truly remarkable experience at BLS, although I encountered some challenges with my application and several missing documents and details.

Officer SEBY provided me with exceptional assistance, handling the situation with the utmost professionalism. In fact, he patiently reiterated the necessary information three times, understanding my slight state of panic.

While BLS itself could benefit from some improvements, particularly in terms of accommodating the large number of people present, it is worth noting that the place was considerably crowded and had an unpleasant odor.

I visited BLS London Spain Visa Application center on 2nd Feb with my family (3 applicants) and it was a very good experience. Everyone at the center was very helpful. Special mention of the two front desk ladies who managed the crowd effortlessly as well as guided the people in taking printouts. It is not easy to manage so many people who come with their friends and families :) The visa officer was also quick at her work. Within 5 minutes she verified all our documents.

One of the lady forgot her earrings while taking photograph and the officers were literally reaching out to everyone who saw the lady. Hat's off !

The only difficult part was finding an appointment which I don't feel is the staff's responsibility working at the center. Hence, the 5 * are only for the people who are part of London VAC.

I have monitored the site for 1.5 months everyday and after every hour. I have not seen normal slots coming at all. So had to book premium slots only. Spain embassy should take a note of it. Many of my friends want to visit Spain but due to this reason are not opting.

Hopefully, in the coming days getting normal visa slot should be easy for people.

The staff members were highly professional. I initially interacted with the delightful Olivia, who provided excellent service, and later, I was assisted by Saby. Thanks to their efficient support, I was able to complete my application within a remarkably short span of 15 minutes. The service was both prompt and outstanding.
