This is my local supermarket, and I love it here. To be honest I try and stay away as I spend too much on all their delicious food otherwise! 😅 but I can find everything I need under one roof, and they always have good offers on. Staff are lovely, could possibly do with opening a couple more manned tills, but that’s just a tiny gripe. Will be back in very soon.

Always manage to buy beautiful Roses here Kenyan Roses always lovely. I buy the yellow ones for my Mum, we both love that colour in roses. Worth paying for in just quality. Kind staff.

I have had a lot of milk going sour way too quickly from this store.
With the date being even a week ahead of when it went off.

Bought salmon fillets packed the other day, smelt way too fishy, I believe they were off 2 days before the sell by date.

Also, some staff a way too noisy stacking food on the shelves.
I do think you could respect the customers a little more whilst doing this. It is not very peaceful when trying to shop.
Other supermarkets don't do that!

Always like this store. Clean and easily accessible for me as partly disabled. Plus toilet is also available in store.
The lift from car park is also a bonus.

Conveniently located off main road with good free parking and a really funky escalator into main shop. Prices seem keen and staff are friendly and professional . You can also grab a coffee as you walk the aisles.

Better choice than other supermarkets and not as expensive as you think. Lovely clean, bright store with excellent service!

Good supermarket with cafe and large carpark in Chester. I popped in at 8:30pm and noticed they were kindly handing out food for free which had reach its sell by date.

Really enjoy my trips to Waitrose. So many products simply not available in other supermarkets and often same price or cheaper which has really surprised me. Superb quality products too. Daughter rates Sushi bar as best in area. Staff polite, helpful, all in all a pleasure not a chore.

The staff are mostly so good, helpful and kind. I really do prefer Waitrose in all ways. It is more expensive than other supermarkets, although not impossible to find some very reasonably priced food and products. I’m so glad we have a Waitrose in Chester. All in all, great store, love the cafe, love the staff in general.

Nice clean conveniences, will definitely poo here again.

Lovely shop. Always clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. I have had to ask assistance on one visit due to my disability. A young member of staff (Laura I think) very kindly walked (very slowly) around the shop with me and helped me with my shopping. I don't usually go shopping if I'm having a bad day, but my back went on my way to the shop. The young lady was lovely, she was chatty and protected me and my back from other shoppers who were in a rush.
I would usually have dropped a star on my review due to the prices, however, the staff really do go above and beyond. This is not the first time the have helped me and I am certain it will not be the last.
Well done on your recruitment and training Waitrose. Customer service is top notch! I visit frequently and can say whole heartedly that this is the best service you will receive in a supermarket. From checkout staff to the deli counter and customer services. They really go above and beyond. Thank you

Case of wine left off my delivery by accident had a phone call within 30 mins, had wine delivered 90 mins later. Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re rectified that’s important. Excellent customer service from Waitrose Chester, my barbecue can go ahead. Thank you very much

A big thank you to the very nice chap on the sushi counter who took time to come and talk to me. He then went away & made up the spicy prawn sushi I was looking for, but was not out on the counter! Thank you, and your sushi is amazing :)

Really enjoyed visiting Waitrose today. Clean everywhere. Parking is easy / straightforward. The store is very well laid out.

First time visit to a Waitrose store, intended to buy a vegan Christmas log, but unfortunately there none left, but a very professional male member of staff explained how these items are stocked, 5 stars because shop was bright, clean, well stocked (minus the item I needed!) and staff were very professional and customer focused
