Thank you to vet Max for caring for our pet pigeon Harry. His lip had gotten cut and Vet Max was very helping so clear at explaining what was happening. my family very anxious and he went above and beyond. Very caring and wonderful person. Thanks isn’t enough. God bless Max

So glad we got in touch with these guys about our crested gecko after ringing round (what felt like) every other vet in South West London. They were very kindly able to offer us an emergency appointment. Max and Elle were great with our gecko and able to help us. Shout out to the reception team too. I would definitely recommend this vet!

Just wanted to share my experience with Companion Care New Malden today, Sat 10th June. I didn't catch the ladies name but she was the only one on reception so should not be too hard to work out. I am collecting a new puppy next week and just wanted advice as it's my first pet. The receptionist was so helpful and informative talking me through the careplan and everything that I would need to put in place . Nothing was too much trouble and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to registering with you once Monty is in his new home. Thanks again to this lady.

We were seen early. The reception staff were friendly. The vet/nurse was caring and kind to my highly anxious dog who climbed on me and clung to me during the visit. She was patient, and quick and efficient so that my dog could get out of there quickly to calm her down.
Each member of staff we have seen have been fantastic.

Very understanding reception when booking appointment as my cat gets very stressed in this environment so a late appointment was scheduled when the surgery is quieter.

The vet was gentle and kind and my cat was as relaxed as I have ever seen him in this scenario so I was very relieved. She was also very professional and efficient and we were in and out in no time.

First time visiting with two guinea pigs. One needed simple nail clipping but the other needed a check-up. Both the nurse and vet were brilliant. They were kind and considerate. They were so gentle and loving towards the piggies and also spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I really appreciated the effort they went to to help, reassure me. I felt really comforted and cared for and that both pets were in safe hands

I am highly satisfied with the Vets, staff and overall service. However even with a discount for consultation and treatment for my cat after an injury he suffered , I feel that the cost of antibiotics is far too expensive. I feel a greater discount should be applied as I pay monthly for the Pet Plan.

This was an unplanned visit. Took me a while to find a vet with reptile experience in my area that would see my lizard quickly. Vet was really lovely, very helpful and professional. He had lots of good advice which we still follow and our lizard made a full recovery and is doing well.

I have been with Companion Care New Malden for the last 14 years and have always been really impressed by their service. I can always get an appointment when required, the staff on the phone and in person are really friendly and polite and the prices are fair.

I recently had to have my 14 year old Labrador put down with them and I was overwhelmed by Ruth's sensitivity and kindness. She made him so comfortable and happy by providing him with an endless supply of food and we were allowed as long as we liked with him. It was the hardest thing for me to go through but Simon, my Labrador was blissfully content and unaware with a full tummy!

I always find the staff extremely friendly. We saw a different Vet to our usual one but she knew all about my dog and his special needs due to extreme anxiety. The receptionist had kindly given me an appointment at the end of the day so that the waiting room was less busy

Appointment provided within a reasonable time; vet knew my pet and was very nice and sympathetic; my appointment was late due to an emergency but I was pleased to wait as emergencies should come first, good price on the plan.

I moved my cat's care to companion care two years ago and was delighted with their genuine kindness and humanity shown to little Jess. Everything they did was practical and necessary. I couldn't recommend them more. I would like to call out Vet Ruth for special mention. She was so gentle when treating Jess and followed up on Jess's progress following treatment. Thank you!
