Great supermarket with a large carpark, very close to m&s food and within walking distance of Sainsbury's. Easy to navigate.

Lovely fresh fruit and veggies and a nice growing selection of vegan products too. The sushi counter is really good to. We offer order the platters for get together and they are all freshly made to purpose. Very friendly and helpful staff to.

This is a smaller store but is very well stocked with the usual good quality food. There is a good selection of wines sorted into various regions and reds, whites, rose and champagnes. etc. A good sized car park behind the store is very convenient. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Having spent the previous week visiting the store every single day trying to get the absolute basics without success, it was an absolute relief to visit the store today to find order has been restored. Well done to all the staff at the store and to the patience and discipline of those waiting to shop responsibly.

In these days of lockdown, it's good to have some special food items to look forward to. The sushi bar at Waitrose is amazing. My vegetarian kids love the spicy vegetable sushi roll, with crispy onion sprinkles. My favourite is the spicy salmon roll with the onion sprinkles. If you haven't tried it yet, you don't know what you are missing.

As ever, the quality and range of produce, standard of service and general hygiene of the store was excellent. I say this, as I initially visited the M&S food hall which was frankly well below the Waitrose standard in all aspects.

Nice experience and happy with location, enough parking spaces, a large variety of groceries!

Today i phoned Harpenden Waitrose to complain about some flowers i had bought for my mum (Rose's and peonies) £25 a week on from buying them the Rose's had died and the peonies had never opened. I spoke to the most amazing store member who couldn't of been nicer. She apologised and without trouble is organising replacement flowers to be sent out. Absolutely top notch customer services by Sarah Sherbourne and Waitrose.

I would like to thank the the two lovely ladies on the welcome desk Maria and Kim who were so kind, I couldnt find a gift bag for the plant I had bought, so they wrapped it themselves for me so that I could give it as a gift. Above and beyond. THANK YOU!

Lovely experience visiting this store I quite enjoy their fresh produce as it is regularly stocked. I was referred to Waitrose via a long-term personal friend who persuaded me to make the switch from another well known chain (I shalln't comment any further) but I am very chuffed so far

By far my favourite supermarket! Always to find everything I need and some more. Very friendly staff too. And it stays this way, year after year.

The staffs are excellent and it is just the right size of store for us to do a quick top-up and the occasional last minute stuffs.

Typical waitrose store, medium sized and well stocked. A variety of fresh counters including a sushi bar.

For the best food shopping experience. Only minor thing is that this store is not the largest & in turn there are a few items that are not stocked

Great service good 20%discount for fish on Fridays, always a high standard of the quality of their food.

Typically expensive but great quality food. Store has good parking round the back and easy to access.

Very good but if you are opening at 8am please see everything is there for us to get it thx.👍
