Electric11

Electric11 have undertaken work for me twice on both occasions Kris has responded and scheduled the work quickly. Max has carried out the work and was knowledgeable and friendly explaining what he was doing and clarifying what I required. On the second occasion Max had to crawl into the smallest loft space to take power to the bathroom, unpleasant and dirty work, and he still maintained his good humour! I would highly recommend Kris and Max and will be asking them to undertake further work I have planned.

I needed an Electrician to I replace some light switches and saw Electric 11 had some good reviews so decided to give them a ring and I am pleased that I did. I was impressed from the outset at the speed at which I received a callback from Kris. He was very helpful and got an appointment booked in for a few days later for Max to come round. Max contacted me the day before as he had a window of opportunity to pop round to do the job sooner which was ideal for me. Max was very knowledgeable & friendly and I was very happy with the work that he did and his insights about my LED lights. Kris contacted me very promptly and arrived on time as booked. He was very thorough and checked the electrics and found the fault which he promptly fixed. Kris worked very cleanly and was courteous and provided helpful advice. I found him to be very courteous. I have already recommended him to a friend and I would not hesitate to call him again if further work is required.

Kris sent two staff to change our light fixtures, relocate switches and install electric extractor fan. The work they have done is excellent. The price is reasonable. Overall, we are very happy for the service that they have delivered. I would recommend Electric 11.

After installing the electric items, they tested if it works as expected and if the fan lasts for 5 minutes after switching off the light (we requested 5 mins). A wall light with a faulty switch resulted in the pulling cord did not work properly. They both tested it for a long while and then informed us the issue. On the same day, we received the full refund of the faulty light fixture from Amazon. It is really nice that they test the items and communicate with us.

They plastered the chased area with better plastering skill than the so-called plasterer who did our whole room.

Kris is extremely professional and prompt when attending my address. He provided a excellent service and has completed a couple of jobs for me both to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

2nd time of using Electric11 they’re very professional, clean and efficient, this time they fitted 2 external sockets replaced double sockets with dimmers and replaced a broken timer for immersion heater

I placed order with Kris of Electrc 11 to remove a 4ft flouresent light fitting and replace with a new 4ft LED light, Kris to supply new light fitting.
