Brilliant as usual however some shelves were unusually bare and a lot of of what was left was next day date.....most unusual. I can only think they were raided over the weekend by very hungry customers.
I am 81 disabled and drive over from Abbots Langley every week because of the food choice which is brilliant

Always a pleasure to shop at this Waitrose. A slightly smaller Waitrose, but manages to pack in a little bakery, meat counter, fish counter, cheese counter. There is an especially great selection in the fresh produce section. A LOT of nice stuff packed into this store. The Waitrose Duchy Organic range is highly recommended.

Nice, clean shop with the best selection of healthy products in the UK. It's Waitrose!

Nice selection of products, it’s a relatively small store so you can’t expect them to have everything, but it has all the essentials you would need.

Nice medium sized supermarket, great range of fresh fruit and veg frozen food and canned goods. A great bread counter. Very good selection of wines and spirits. A nice place to shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Prices are very good in these difficult times. £8 for 2 main courses deal is amazing.

Primarily went to buy fish.....the fishmonger Noel was a real gentleman..so helpful and had great knowledge. Really good selection of fish.

Free coffee with any purchase. Great shop with helpful staff.

What a great experience shopping with my daughter in at Alban's Waitrose I haven't bee to Waitrose since they closed in Watford in 2019 and I was reminded of what I want from a supermarket fresh carefully chosen and curated products, I will be back next week for a longer visit.

A good sized store in a nice location. The variety of items on sale is very good and there was plenty of stock of everything on my nose recent visit.

I get my online order delivered from this branch, the food selected is always well picked with good dates of consumption left. The driver who delivers to us is very polite and courteous. My experience of the online shopping through this branch has been exceptional. A happy customer here!!

17/4/2021. I had a great experience today. I phoned Waitrose this morning and Yvonne kindly said I could call for the goats milk l wanted. I arrived later at the store and Clare kindly went to get the milk for me .The service was excellent . I am 80 years of age and really appreciated the service. Many thanks.

We always enjoy the experience of shopping in Waitrose, lovely helpful staff that look happy to be at work, nice size store that has almost everything including meat, fish and cheese counter also bakery and small cafe. Only negative we used to enjoy a free coffee with a purchased cake inside but that is no longer available so we now do the same but sit outside, ok in summer! Also nice size parking spaces .

For me this is the ‘go-to’ supermarket - primarily because they have the quirky recipe ingredients that you can’t find in other high street supermarkets.

The aisles are wider and the staff are more friendly / helpful / better trained / less hassled too - makes an all round better shopping experience.

For those fearful of the prices, their Essential range is excellent quality at a reasonable price.

Very good generally. Good range of. choice. Large car park. Best to avoid school opening and closing times as parents wait for their children in the shop car park

Really good store; staff/partners are excellent. Blue badge part of car park though is often used for click and collect customers and there is no "policing" of this. Otherwise best Waitrose in the area.

Went 9.30 on Monday so it was fairly empty. Felt very safe - wipes & sanitisers available at entrance + staff checking numbers. One way system around shop.

The staff in here are quite possibly the best staff in any Waitrose. They are so friendly helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much. Store is clean and always well stocked.

This is one of my favourite St Alban's supermarkets. Always well stocked pleasant and welcoming staff, carpark is just a little bit on the exceptionally small side but that's not a fault I can lay on the supermarket and it's operation. 👌🏾
