Lovely the shop in Blackheath Village I went there to pick up an online order and the shop attendant was very polite, I tried it on and once confirmed it was a good fit she wrapped it into a shopping bag for me instead of the online shop pack.

tax-free 종이가 없었지만 관광지역이 아니어서 그런 것으로 이해했습니다. 직원들 친절하고 표정이 밝아서 좋았어요.

Twice I have been to this particular branch, from the moment I walk in the staff just looked at me like I’m an alien, they didn’t say a word but instead watched my moves (both times the store was not busy) . I’ve been to their other branches and my experience was amazing.
