I ordered a Hurtta coat for my dog but it didn’t fit and unfortunately I had to send it back for a bigger size, when I received it it also didn’t fit. I then spoke to Graham several times who was so helpful and understanding and he helped me find the right size for my dog and after the third order this one fits perfectly. The customer service was great and they were so helpful despite me ordering three times and sending the items back. I very much appreciate the help and advice they gave me and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great customer service! Bart loved his cupcakes and his free advent calender! Although he wasnt to keen on his free treats and he is now sharing with his cousin Clover! He is now finally eating out of his brand new bowl (which he didn't his old one) definitely recommend this site!

I ordered a collar and lead for Noodles, my chihuahua from Purrfectly Yappy as I found they carried a wide selection of different styles. My order arrived quickly and Noodles is quite satisfied.

I purchased We Love To Create Doggy Macaroons Dog Treats as a special treat for my two dogs (an Australian Shepherd and a (very greedy) Cavalier King Charles. To say that they were thrilled with their special treats is to put it mildly. The variety of treats available on Purrfectly Yappy is a dream for my canine family and the delivery (to France) was prompt. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I thoroughly recommend PurrfectlyYappy unreservedly - I shall be back very soon.

I made a purchase on 21st September for 6 x 4kg of ziwipeak dog food.

They asked for my proof of address to verify the order, which I provided via email on 2 separate occasions.

I have heard nothing from their customer service and it’s been 3 weeks since the money left my account and I still haven’t received the goods.

Today is 28/10
Still no response
No refund
No dog food

Zero communication.
Going back to the card company to dispute.

The company stopped answering my emails, and refused to refund my £578.64 nor deliver the goods…they even had the guts to challenge the MasterCard chargeback dispute case brought against them. Please avoid this company at all costs. If anyone wants verification of my dispute case against them please contact me - very happy to provide all the evidence. DO NOT buy from this company. You have been warned.

0 stars again this company advertising 3 day delivery time it's now been 11 days spoke to them for the 3rd time and again another delay. Asked for a refund was told it would be 3 to 5 days they are still advising products they do not have do not trust or use the company Read the other reviews and belive them

. I am taking this to trading standards I will be reporting the page shocking I will spend the next week taking sure every page is aware of how poor this page is. I am in dog groups of over 40k people

Placed my order with Perfectly Yappy as they promised the fastest delivery (5 working days). I emailed every day for a week with no response and when I tried calling they are not open on weekends, which is less than helpful for someone who works Monday to Friday 9-5. I finally managed to speak to someone 6 working days after order placement to find they are only just shipping today and best delivery method they can offer is Royal Mail 1-2 days. If you are looking for a fast delivery, or your order when promised I would not recommend this company.

Dreadful service, placed my order took my money informed me two/days before delivery date that my item was out of stock. Took from early Friday morning to midday Monday for them to inform me. Not helpful or willing to send a replacement in the delivery time expected. Happy to snatch your money straight away but not to inform you these items are out of stock. Thank you for ruining the treats for a special event. Will never purchase off this website again.

If possible I would give 0 stars. This company is a fraud company, they take your money then refuse to send the product, when you do ask where the product is they say that they tried to email you and contact you, yet they never did. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, appalling customer service.
The staff member called Gen just hung up on me, when I asked her to send the product.
DO NOT TRUST !

Okay so the company just reported my review, saying that they left me emails and voicemails and how they offered me a good price.
1. Firstly I did not get rude, I was frustrated because they were refusing to address the issue and kept blaming me for the problem that they had caused. I did not use any foul language or raise my voice, that is not in my nature.
2. Secondly, as you can see from the previous reviews and also the reviews on their facebook page, the company likes to continuously say that they left voicemails and emails. Other customers have also said that this is a lie and they have not received any of such. I did not receive anything of the sort, I offered them my password to check if they did not believe me, something is clearly wrong with their email server, they should sort this out instead of blame the customer. Also While talking to Gen, she herself admitted that they never tried to call me because they didn't see the need, so why are they now lying and saying they left me voicemails??
3. Thirdly if you call £3 off and being charged for delivery for an order that is over a week late a discount, then that is ridiculous. The company offered a refund, fair enough, but to the point I do not know if they have actually processed the refund.

Seeing the way this customer has behaved, and the amount of previous customers that have had the same issue, I truly believe that something needs to be done about this. They have been let off too lightly.

I would recommend FETCH by Ocado instead, if anyone wants any dog cakes or pet products.

Ordered a product. Was never despatched. No response to two emails. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so got a refund that way.

Wrong colour should of been cream. Want me to print without a printer a label to send back . Can't carry this item . Only will refund on return!
Don't order from them

This company have been sending me unwanted emails me for weeks, even though I did not sign up to their mailing list, I have tried to unsubscribe 3 times, I have emailed them directly and am still being bombarded with their unsolicited sales garbage. Please avoid this company as their ethics are clearly questionable.
