The Range, St Albans

Love it so much to see and shop for. Good size location with free parking outside. I will be going back because I found quite a lot of good stuff at good prices and I'm going to need to buy the gorgeous rugs I found in there for my room. Some of the items are arranged and displayed well so it gives one an insight into possibilities which is very helpful. There's also a café inside but I didn't eat there, toilets and Iceland groceries... Win win I'm going back next month!

Very good place. Stocks a lot of things and there is a lot of choice. However when I went over to the hamster food, I turned a bag over to see the ingredients and there were maggots all over it. So I would just keep an extra eye out just in case.

Wow! What a big store with lots of things. Never been to a Range before. Very impressed with the stuff they got in store, from home decorations, ornaments, picture frames to paints, stoves, DIY tools, toys, crafts and the list goes on. Would certainly visit here again. Thanks.

I'm writing this review in particular about the cafe and the lovely lady who served myself and my partner this morning. We came in around 10:30, and there was one lady working in the cafe at the time.

She was warm, welcoming, kind, and funny to boot! I am a young woman who uses a wheelchair, and I often feel self conscious about this in public. But, she laughed with us and made me feel so normal - that's very important to me. To feel like my partner and I are a "normal" young couple is often a rare thing, but, this was achieved today with the help of your employee.

I'm sorry I didn't catch the cafe lady's name, but whoever it was working in the cafe alone at 10:30 on 29th February - she's awesome and deserves a raise! 😊

P.s. the chocolate cake was delicious 😋

Went first time the other day and was cool having such a wide range of different items was a lot more fun

Sells everything at great prices.Free parking making a great day out including lunch in the cafe.Will definately come here quite often.

We visited the store on Sunday 1st Oct 23 and were served by 'Tasmeena' on the tills. What a lovely young lady and a great worker. She was just so lovely and polite and very helpful. Thank you for making our Sunday.

Big store.. as usual to match the name..there are range of products to choose and always we endup buying something when we enter the store.

Always have to ask for flat trolleys as they're never available.

I love this place. You find anything for a decent price. Some things are not really good quality.
Last time I went a bought a beautiful lamp and it was not expensive.
They also have an Island inside.
The have a cafe are so you can have a coffee or tea while you are doing your shopping.

The cafè is lovely and the staff are very helpful. Wanted a cream tea but there were no plain scones left but the lovely lady on the till gave me a free slice of cake to make up for it

Love the Range, you can just about get anything you are looking for here, great value products and it always seems so well organised, plus they have a great little Iceland inside the store which sells my all my favourite Greggs pastries.

Great place for shopping also awesome cafe.

Wide range of items at decent prices, including kids crafts and gifts, gardening items, furniture, textiles, storage items, kitchen utensils & appliances and more. There is an Iceland inside the store too, which is useful if you're shopping there and need a food essentials top up or some frozen foods. There's even a cafe inside if the shopping experience becomes too much and you need a quick tea/coffee or nibble to eat. The only downside is that the queues are sometimes quite long, so don't expect it to be an immediate checkout experience - especially at the weekend. They do often have numerous till ops though, so you're not waiting all day to pay.

Great selection of products. You can buy everything from home wear, pictures, toys, art and crafts and food. They now have Iceland in the store which makes it fantastic. You can buy everything you need in one shop.
Disabled friendly, wheelchair accessible, all on one level, COVID safe.

Always pop in for a quick buy at good prices.
