Truly a treasure of a wine shop. An excellent range for all price ranges. We always pop in for a present but have recently realised that for the price and quality we will never get an offie wine again! Wonderful service.

Always a pleasure coming here, staff are friendly and super helpful with their recommendations whether you are looking for a nice pairing wine, to try something new or just want the perfect wine to kick back and relax with. A must visit if in the area.

What an excellent "little" addition to Stoke Newington, but don't be fooled by its modest name. It is already a treasure trove of original and exciting wines, curated by the familiar face of Sebastian - one of the original champions of brilliant wines in N/E London. Great neighbourhood joint, and certainly worth travelling for!

Spotted some dry cider from the Basque country (sidra) when I looked through the window. Not easy to get hold of. Very helpful owner who then helped me choose a Sicilian white wine. Impressive but not excessive selection which is a good thing. I suggest you give Borough Wine a miss and come here instead.

I cannot speak highly enough about The Little Wine Shop and Sebastian. I rarely buy elsewhere because I can always count on Seb for great recommendations. He takes a passion in what he does and will learn your preferences to advise new wines each time he sees you. Highly highly recommended for all your wine needs!! Wish I could give more stars.

Our “go to” wine shop in the area. There are a couple of “bigger boys” operating close by, but this place always has the personal touch and I haven’t been let down by a recommendation yet. I’ve always felt the advice from the owner is coming from a place of love for the wines he sells - even if it means he ends up selling you a cheaper bottle than you might have originally had in mind - always a good sign.

Swerve the bigger shops on Church Street and give this place a go - you won’t be disappointed.

I always come here when I want something a little bit different. The owner knows so much about wine and is more than happy to give you recommendations. There is a wide variety of price points and styles, and I love always coming away with something new.

If you have the time and show up with a good brief, the proprietor will really think about what you’re asking for and give you an education, a range of very good options, and as expert recommendation. Without breaking the bank you’ll walk away with delicious wine having had an experience.
