Excellent prompt service. Had an appointment for a inspection/quote and was given excellent service and advice. A leak in the centre of the system warranted a repair not a replacement. No hard sell at all and offered to do job immediately. Price was acceptable and I was shown the underside of the car whilst on ramp. A nice waiting room, hot coffee and plenty of car mags to read. Job done within estimated time. All staff are really nice people and really do want to help you. I shall definitely use again for any exhaust issue.

Excellent service by very friendly and helpful people. Provided advice and quoted for repairing a broken part of my exhaust system, which other centres had suggested needed an expensive replacement section including the catalytic converter. Completed the work for the quoted price, even though it ended up needing additional work to fix properly. I would thoroughly recommend them - even for ordinary cars like mine. Although they specialise in providing bespoke and custom exhausts they never gave the impression that my more basic repair job was any less important to them.

Great experience all round. Moment I called and told them what I was after, I was quoted and booked in for the first chance I was available to go. Upon arriving I received excellent customer service at the reception and was taken in to the garage. Asked me what I wanted and made sure I was happy with what they was going to do. They also fitted my new bumper for me on top of doing my exhaust which was very much appreciated. If only every business had this quality of customer service 👌

Had my A220 booked in for a back box delete and have to say it was a Great experience from the very start. Having explained what I wanted, I was quoted and booked in me straight away. Upon arriving I received excellent customer service by all the staff and was taken to to the garage where they explained and showed me what was going to be done, upon collecting my car they made sure I was happy with the work (I can honestly say it sounds amazing) before leaving.
Overall great customer service, great price, top quality work. Highly recommend 👍🏻

My BMW failed its mot on an exhaust issue. I rang JP who offered to take a look at it right away! Within 45mins my car was on the ramp and the problem diagnosed, a cost provided and finish time (the same day!). The manager even gave me a lift back into town!
Cant overstate how good this outfit is.
Will defo be using again.

I purchased a full exhaust about two years ago, I had an issue with part of, I popped in with it, and they soon sorted it, at no extra cost to myself... So that's brilliant service, and their products are great quality.

Just had both back boxes replaced on my A4 Cab 3.0 V6 and what a wonderful experience it was. The sound is now awesome and all the work carried out in friendly professional manner even a cup of tea while I waited. Can’t recommend highly enough .

My son and my self called in with his G.R Yaris which had been fitted with a aftermarket exhaust, twice, by two differnt companies, both saying, that's as good as it gets.. it looked out of sorts,uneven, not were its supposed to be in the rear valance holes..the guys at J.P Exhaust, said let's have a look, go sit in the warm waiting room, you can see them working on it..in 35 minutes they. Had identified the problems, removed,,fettled it , and refitted it.
Calling us over as it came of the ramp.
To inspect it.10/10! Spot on.AAA+++

Definitely made the right choice by going with JP Exhausts. I was very picky about what I was hoping and they gave me everything I asked for and more. Looks great, sounds great and drives great. They produced a beautiful piece of bespoke engineering.

I have a 2015 Golf R estate with a Milltek cat back exhaust which was poorly fitted, going rusty (Milltek - so much for stainless!) and didn't come with quad tail pipes so was using the usual Golf R ones off (not attached to) only one exhaust each side. I spoke with Tony at JP did a site visit and discussed options to fix this. Decided that I would actually be better to start again and have JP build me a bespoke exhaust for the car. I was able to say exactly what I wanted, more vocal, better ground clearance etc all of which they priced to build.
Went there yesterday for the build and install. The down sides, mucky hands on steering wheel, back to front overall used to sit in car, oh and they can't sing. The upside, the work done was exactly as I had asked for. The quality of the work is just magnificent. Their fabrication "a work of art". Car is finally sounding like and looking like it had a proper job done. I couldn't of wished for better - oh and the tea they made me wasn't bad either. Louisa

Absolutely fantastic work, wanted a bad exhaust system taking off my focus ST and replacing with a full stainless steel system, sounds amazing, will definitely be returning in the future, highly recommend if you want your car to have a quality exhaust on it.

Triumph Legend 900 23 years young, needed beefing up even more than me. JP done her proud, can't praise them high enough. Quick, professional and affordable.

Building a prototype throws up many challenging and worrying outcomes making sure the design and overall cohesion of the project works.
JP exhausts accepted the challenge to design and build me a fully balanced exhaust system with equal length headers. Two specially designed CAT units/lambda ports/ EGT sensor ports and a ton of beautiful stainless Tig welding.
Every part of the build was discussed back and forth through Emails/phonecalls and visits which was fantastic and reassuring to say the least.
The finished result was exceptional and I would like to thank Tony and all the staff making this possible .
I highly recommend using this brilliant team and be rest assured that you will get exactly what you are looking for .

Enquired about a stainless exhaust using my own tailpipes as you can no longer buy off the shelf for my car (93 Cavalier Turbo)
I spoke to Tony over emails who gave me a quote, booked the car in and dropped it off. True to his word with the price and the quality of work is amazing. Very happy and would recommend JP exhausts to anyone.

Fantastic experience with the JP team even though ultimately they couldn't help me. Dealt with Tony by email who was very helpful, the team were spot on when my car was booked in, and Kyle was really helpful when he discovered my car had late spec PPF downpipes preventing us carrying out what we wanted to do. The guys got me a coffee and allowed me to see the car on the ramp. Overall - a great experience even though we couldn't do what we planned. Would happily recommend JP to anyone and would use them again in the future.
