Sending a hamper to someone is a special thing to do for both the sender and more importantly the recipient. I have used Hamper Gifts over the years and they are fabulous. Their hampers are lovely & well priced. Their website is easy and their delivery service has always been on time. The recipients have always been over the moon with their hampers. I have used this company many times to send gifts to friends and family for a variety of reasons and occasions. Every time the hampers have been five star with excellent quality contents, beautiful packaging and great value. This order for the deluxe gold tower was fabulous and enjoyed as a superb birthday treat for my Mum. The online ordering is easy and the communications when delivery is arranged are always accurate. I ordered an Emerald hamper to congratulate my friend for passing her exams. Delivery was pricey ontop of the hamper price but once it arrived and my friend sent a photo I realised it was worth it. Beautiful hamper, well presented.

Ordering was easy. I really appreciated the delivery process especially in these uncertain times - I was kept in the loop about when the hamper had left the depot and could track when it arrived to my friend's house (number of stops listed). I also liked the fact that the delivery was the same price whether I ordered for tomorrow or the day after so it got to her sooner rather than later for the same price. It was all wrapped in clear wrap (which I admit isn't best for the environment but given the current circumstances understandable) with lovely green ribbon.

Due to the pandemic I haven't been able to see the hamper myself but she was very happy to receive it, she especially loved the lemon biscuits included.

Every time I wish to make the day of a dear friend or family member, to Fortnum & Masons I go. Why? Simply because of three things, reliability, dependability and shear ease of operation.

if i could give this company 6 stars i would! i decided very last minute to place an order for my aunt & uncle and upon request it was delivered the very next day at no extra charge. it arrived exactly when they said it would and the hamper itself is beautiful. this is especially appreciated as it is bank holiday weekend. thank you hampergifts!

This was a get well gift for a relative just out of hospital. I ordered in Australia and it was delivered promptly in England. My uncle was thrilled with the hamper while I was cheered by the astonishingly good delivery. I received an email with a time slot for delivery and when no-one was home, I received a further email advising the driver would try again on a specific date and time which was 24 hours later. That is outstandingly good service. I’m impressed and will use this business again. Highly recommended.
