Seymours worked with me recently to try to find a property as I am looking to downsize. The search is now on hold temporarily but their service was excellent. In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.

We’ve been working with the team from Seymours for the last few weeks to purchase a house. The team has been very proactive and helpful right from the first viewing to contract exchange. In particular we’d like to thank Charlie for his patience with multiple viewings, calls and insights and Tom, Archie and Sandra for all their assistance. Hoping to get to closing smoothly!

Sale of my late father-in-law’s property. Initial contact was with James Taylor who demonstrated a clear understanding of the market, was very open and honest on prospects and gave us confidence to proceed with seymours. The viewings were efficiently handled by Charlie Hanson and we were very happy with the quantity of offers and prices bid. Following a short and professional negotiation Sandra Mitchell looked after the stressful process leading to exchange of contacts. Even when very little was happening she kept us updated and gave us complete confidence that she was looking after our best interests. Seymours is the predominant agency to register with for a property search in Horsell. We were fortunate to be able to view several houses which met our criteria, and throughout our search we were helped by negotiator Serena Provenzano. During viewings, he also suggested different types of properties to help inform what options were available in case I missed them in my research. He has additionally spent time outside of working hours to help provide information and progress the purchase of the property. I can't state just how important he's been in making this process as easy as possible while providing a kind and caring personal touch when this is one of the biggest purchases a person can make

My house was on the market and not selling. I asked Seymours to take on my property and everything changed. They understood the market and viewings started. They had two buyers competing and I was able to sell. On route there were issues that could have made the sale fall through but James and his team were calm and handled the sale process to a successful conclusion. James is a professional and his senior experience was really important to get this sale done.

Really good experience using Seymours in Horsell, Woking. I had the painful task of selling my parents home after they passed away and the agents were all very professional, but also personal. They understood the market really well, and took charge when things went wrong. The house needed a lot of updating but they found the right buyer's who were willing to take on the challenge, and saw the sale through to completion. The whole team were brilliant. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy or sell within the area.

We were shown round a property by Serena at Seymours Horsell and as it was a second viewing we had lots of questions and took longer at the property. Serena was able to answer our questions and got back to us the next morning with any that she had to ask the owner. She had an open, friendly manner and was very understanding of our need to look in every room at least twice! We have always found Seymours Horsell to be friendly and professional. Our first viewing was with Charlie who was also very good indeed.
