Amazing service. Daughter tried on an array of dresses with expert advice until she found her dream dress. Alterations carried out in store for the perfect fit and also stocks an excellent range of accessories to compliment the dresses. Prices of the dresses and accessories are reasonable, the appointment system works perfectly and the service is beyond excellent. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a prom dress.

Such a lovely experience for my daughter’s prom dress shopping today. Friendly, helpful, great knowledge, such beautiful dresses and accessories. Took all the stress out of it and made it lovely experience for her. Alterations can be done too, very helpful advice given. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Was looking for a prom dress for my daughter, found this shop online, got in contact so quick and easy, made an appointment. Went there today, the lady could not have been more helpful, no pressure, tried on many beautiful dresses, so much choice and such great prices. My daughter now has her dress and is more than happy. Cannot recommend this shop enough, will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing service, the people were so lovely and i felt so comfortable. All the dresses were absolutely stunning, got my prom dress there and wouldn’t want to get it anywhere else. Would 100% recommend!!

Made an appointment (very quick and easy) for my daughter to find a prom dress. Upon visiting the shop received outstanding customer service and was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. An amazing variety of dresses and no pressure at all to purchase. Would highly recommended.

I came in with my husband, looking for a ballgown in a larger size. I was totally amazed by the choice of colour and quality, but mainly that they came in all sizes. The owner was so friendly and smiley, within 15 minutes I had tried on 4 dresses, and bought the one I loved. It is beautifully made and extremely comfortable. I would strongly recommend this shop to everyone.

Went to see Rose this morning for a prom dress for my step daughter and a dress for me to wear to a black tie wedding.
Rose could not have been better. There was no rush (even though we overran our appointment time) she even knew that one dress my step daughter liked, had been bought by 2 other people from her school in 2 different colours, so she wouldn't turn up on the night and someone else be in the same dress!!
Absolutely recommend, no pressure selling, reasonably prices, beautiful dresses and accessories!
Won't use anywhere else now!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. We ended up buying two prom dresses when we went for 1! One for each daughter. Rose was amazing, patient and lovely with both my girls. They both came away beaming. Thank you Rose!

Oh my goodness this shop is incredible! I genuinely hate clothes shopping. I'm an hourglass shape but a chubby one, and I have a big tummy. NOTHING suits or flatters me unless it's A line and quite heavy material so that it covers all my wobbles. On top of that, I'm top heavy. My bust is an 18 and my waist is a 14-16. Finding a dress that works for me is usually a soul destroying journey. I walked in here, expecting the usual nightmare but still hopeful, given the pics I'd seen online. The minute I walked through the door, Rose was finding out about me and was assessing the dress that would be right for me. Not only were there tonnes of dresses in there that actually fitted me 🤯, but she got the perfect dress for me in one, down to the colour. There are hundreds of dresses in there!!! She always left the decision to me, but you could tell she just knew. Rose is a real expert. I genuinely haven't felt so elated when occasion dress shopping in about a decade. I felt a million dollars and I know I'll probably never shop for event dresses anywhere else. If like me you are a really difficult shape, and/or you've lost your confidence in clothes shopping, have a chat with Rose 😊xx

Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room. Within 5 minutes she had a dress that she was over the moon with.

This is a great shop for getting dresses. I've come here for my Year 11 and 13 prom dresses and came again recently for my little sister's prom. There's a great range of dresses to suit anyone and over the years, the customer service has always been amazing. The staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable on styling and are good at helping you choose the best dress for your body type. Would definitely recommend.

I bought 4 beautiful royal blue dresses for my bridesmaids. Rose was a pleasure to deal with & she couldn’t do enough for us. Two of the dresses were long but Rose took them up to knee length & they were absolutely beautiful. The day before the wedding Rose asked me to bring the dresses & she steamed them all at no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Rose xx

Lovely selection of dresses and colours for that special occasion. Rose and her colleague are so helpful and really want you to be happy with your choice, rather than because they want a sale - they genuinely care that one of their dresses makes you feel special. I highly recommend them.

Went today to find a prom dress. The store had lots of choice of styles and colours and the lady was so helpful, asking us to look then choose which dresses to try on. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend the shop for prom/occasion or bridesmaid dresses. Thank you for a great experience!

Incredibly late posting this review as I lost the business card for ages! Found it today and remembered what a wonderful experience I had! I went in to the shop last October to find a dress for my birthday party which was the day after as my dress that I’d ordered online hadn’t arrived in a month and a half! I was helped by the nicest lady (I believe her name was Rose) who helped me pick out several dresses and gave her honest opinions on all of them! I ended up finding a dress much much better than the one I’d originally ordered and the entire experience was so lovely

As you know I'm not usually a dress wearer lol ... but I felt fabulous and received loads of compliments on the dress!!
